Places like this are the reason mechanics have bad reputations. Woke up to a flat and drove to goodyear being the closes tire shop that was open this early in the morning. The manager did not quote me and advised it would be at least 45 minutes to patch the tire. After handing him my keys I explained that I had to get to work and asked if they could on the spare tire and I would have more time over the weekend. He quoted $ 50 to put on the spare. $ 50 to put on a spare. Find me a shop that charges more than $ 10. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. $ 50 TO PUT ON A SPARE.

I came here last weekend to have my air checked on my front two tires after being told they were low. I was immediately helped by a nice young man who was working on another car.
It took about five minutes tops for him to check for any damage on my tires and fill my tires for free. And while I know this service is usually FREE – I appreciate this guy taking the time to make sure my car was riding with safe and sturdy wheels.
Thank You, Goodyear Man. :)

This place is no good they lie and they just told me it will take 4 hrs for a oil change that I had an appointment to. The ppl there are so nasty don’t go there ever.

This place is horrible. Its a Goodyear tire store. Why do you not have tires in stock? Even after you tell people to come back later when its not so busy? Had to wait over 2 hours to install just 2 tires, not 4, 2! Thats just ridiculous. Id never buy tires from here. You can goto Walmart or anywhere else and not wait nearly as long. Read my other reviews about a tire place. I went to another before and got 4 installed in less than 30 munutes. Prices here are way tooooo high as well. Stay way.

Without my permission they charged me $ 45 for a «diagnostic check». (They asked me to do the check but didn’t inform me it would cost anything.) After that was done, they decided I needed 4x the cost of repairs I was initially given a quote for. I retrieved my vehicle, took it to another shop who diagnosed it for free and was informed that 5 out of 8 repairs Goodyear/​Gemini told me I needed we, in fact, not a problem and were NOT in need of repair. Don’t trust these jerks.
