Worst Dealership EVER! I am a female and was bullied when trying to return a vehicle within 24 hours. They use a Doc-​u-​board of some sort and you never really see the numbers, just sing her, here and here. The Finance person I have NEVER went over any of it with me. It was late in the day and he could have cared less, just wanted to finish up and go home. The next morning when reviewing the documents, I realized I had two sets that didn’t match, the price of the vehicle was NOT what we agreed upon and with an 817 credit score they financed me at some outrageous rate for 82 months! The True Car from the dealership bullied me and said they had me on tape. I said great, when do I get to see the recording that was taken without my consent and I had a few others I would like in the room as well to show that nothing was disclosed and I had my sales person verify several times what the package and price was to be. Undeniably the worst experience I have ever had. They didn’t even return all the documents for MY original vehicle when I went back to cancel the deal. Nothing but Liars and bullies. I cringe every time I hear one of their phony commercials to sucker people in! Shop anywhere but there!

Over charged on a front wheel bearing replacement on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma, they charged me $ 729 for something that others are now quoting me $ 459 for the same repair. I double checked everything, wheel bearing replacement, seals and axle nut is all they did. Won’t be going back here anymore and new car in the near future will be somewhere else. Thanks.

Over the years living in Avondale we have purchased four vehicles from Marvin Parker. He is knowledgeable, patient, and fair salesman. We would strongly recommend if your in the market for a new Toyota ask for Marvin. We had made the car /​truck buying experience easy for my wife and I.

I bought a 2016 Tundra October 6, 2015 from the dealer and was paired with Henry as my sales associate. I was very particular about what I wanted and had the dealership bring my truck in from South Florida. The entire process was a struggle and unpleasent. Henry behaved as if he was being put out with this sale. His communication was terrible; taking multiple calls to make contact. I expressed my aggravation with the internet manager” Martin”. I never received an improvement in my experience. If the money had not been right, I would have walked away from the deal based on the customer service. The largest part of my frustration has to do with the knowledge the dealer had about the vehicle. I wanted navigation along with other features when I ordered the truck. I received a system named scout GPS and was told by Henry that it was the navigation. This feature is not navigation. and it bothers me every day I drive the truck. When I questioned the dealer they were unfamiliar with the system and passed it off as the «new navigation». After some research I found that the system I wanted is available as enture premium plus. Now that I have had the truck for two weeks I still have not received a followup call from the dealer checking on my satisfaction. The finance associate that handled my loan told me at closing that he would not even buy a car from his dealer. If you choose to purchase from Ernie Palmer please take your time, do your due-​diligence and be careful. Customer service is dead at this Ernie Palmer, all you can hope for is a self informed decision with the money working in your favor.

I went here with a friend who had her car towed here earlier in the day (before 10 AM). When we arrived around 4:45 PM, not only did the service manager not know the status of the vehicle, we later learned that the vehicle had not even been inspected. It took us over an hour to determine what needed to be done and for my friend to be placed in a rental for the day while they handled the repairs. I have never owned a Toyota before, but observing how the service department here operates is enough to keep me in my Kia a while longer.

This place does not care about the customer!!! All they care about is dollar signs!!! These people lie right to your face! Do not trust any of the people that work there.

Got an appt 30 minutes after I called for service. Told me it would take an hour, I drove off the lot one hour later. Amanda in service was awesome. Very personable.

I bought a used Prius at another dealership across town and 8 days later my check engine light came on. Turns out the battery was bad and since it was a Hybrid, well that’s basically the most expensive part. The dealership gave me the run around (even though I had purchased the extended warranty!) I called Ernie Palmer Toyota since they were just down the street from my work. It was already after 5 and the service department was already closed but Elisa told me to bring in first thing in the morning.
Elisa Benson was my advocate from that point on. Communicating with the other dealership, getting me set up with a rental car, and reaching out to communicate with me every step on the way. The other dealership still hasn’t uploaded my extended warranty into the system and still gives me the run around! I will now be a loyal customer to Ernie Palmer Toyota but especially to Alisa Benson, who gave me such excellent customer care service! Thank you Alisa! Highly recommend!

Horrible horrible place. Our salesperson sent us on a wild goose chase looking for stock numbers in the parking lot, said there were four options and only ever showed us two of them.
He was rude, impatient and had no idea what he was talking about. He denied obvious problems with the first vehicle and argued even once significant issues were pointed out.
When the slightest hiccup with our bank popped up, he became put-​offish and unhelpful.
Anything we asked for (I.e. CARFAX,) was a fight to receive.
God forbid you can’t find a car elsewhere.
Do not go here unless you’re desperate!
The cars might be cheap, but some come with no warrantee at all.

Terrible terrible ppl. They have your tag sent to them and not the car owner. I got an expired temp tag ticket. I called the dealership two days prior and they said my tags were in but no to worry about the temp tag and come in at my pleasure. The dealer wouldn’t pay the ticket. Very disreputable ppl.
