Day Spa Tapestry Park and Personal Training

Is this place still in business? I left several messages on the voice mail to setup a massage and now the number isn’t working. I bought two groupons for this location and I want my money back!
This is ridiculous and horrible customer service!

First off, I’d like to point out this business is now DAY SPA OF TAPESTRY PARK. I was a regular member of CHANGES IN MOTION for their Pilates, Yoga, and Mini Boot Camp classes and must say EFFIE was THE BEST!!! I miss her and wish her the best! Unfortunately she’s located out at the Beaches now which is too far for me to travel to get to her classes in time :(
Now to my review — like I said above I loved this studio when it was CHANGES IN MOTION and was given a Gift Certificate for «One Month Class Membership» as a Valentine’s present (even specifically written on the certificate for the CLASS MEMBERSHIP). Then I believe in March/​April they closed the CIM location/​business and moved across the way in the same Tapestry Park only as DAY SPA OF TAPESTRY PARK. I was told they would open similar fitness classes so I waited it out however even as of today, 8÷7÷14, there are no classes (
).
I contacted the business last month (7÷8÷14), four months after their relocation, to see about receiving money back on my now USELESS gift certificate worth $ 80 and was told they would not; only use toward a massage, facial, and private pilates class. I replied back that I was not interested in these options but have still yet to hear back.
I do not agree that this is good business. I was a Member of the old location for about a year for their Fitness Classes, not just a random person who attended here and there. I feel I’m being penalized for their decision to change the business and for that I give them only 2 Stars — I’d give NO STARS but averaged in my past experience with CIM which I’d have given 5 Stars, easy.
