Excellent customer service and the tech that did my mani/​pedi was an expert — she helped pick the right color and my nails looked great for over 2 weeks! I will definitely be back and support this locally owned, Springfield business!
Oh — and their pricing and specials are fantastic!

My experience was one that I will never forget; pretty close to a nightmare. I went in for gel nails and my nails were drilled paper thin by the technician. The gel didn’t bond and peeled off the next day. it’s been 3 months and my nails are still dented in from the service. I will never go back for any service!

I like the convenience of the location since I live in Springfield. I went in on a Friday at 3:00pm and waited about an hour before I was attended to, because there were only two techs. My mom decided she would return the next day to reduce the time for both of us. I did receive the most attentive service from the owner on my feet, hands and eyebrows. Next time I’ll come earlier in the week like a Tuesday or Wednesday or even make an appointment. Service is slow I left around 6pm
