All About Blinds is Jacksonville’s most complete Blind and Shutter factory. In our 35,000 square foot facility we fabricate Blinds, Shutters, Roller Shades, and Vertical Blinds. All About Blinds is also a full line dealer for Hunter Douglas and Graber products. We also specialize in Retractable Screens and Closet Organization systems. History

Established in 1979.

All About Blinds began business in Orlando and moved to Jacksonville in 1985. In Jacksonville the company was able establish roots and grow as City was also growing. The first location in Jacksonville was roughly 3000 square feet that was slowly expanded to 10 000 square feet as the business grew in its manufacture of blinds on site. Today, All About Blinds works out of a 35,000 square foot facility and manufactures on site nearly 70% of the products we represent. Visitors are always welcome to see the Showroom and Production facility.

The people are very nice at All About Blinds.
However, they are not trained well on customer service and do not know how to anticipate their client’s needs.
My Wife and I got some light filtering shades installed and also some room darkening shades installed and the product is good. but the process is not.
This rating is not about the quality of their products. It’s about the quality of the overall experience.
We had the have the AAB team come out multiple times to fix poorly installed shades. Some of their employees act as if they want to get out of their as quickly as possible when they come to install something. They lack focus, attention to detail, and are not as professional as we expected them to be.
We were also told multiple times that their employees didn’t like working in our specific apartment building and so some crews refused to come and help us because of this. We had to wait weeks for them to come and fix problems.
Jacksonville as a city is evolving and the clientele is changing with it.
AAB needs to change their approach in all facets of the experience, train their team better, upgrade their talent in the office, and get some people in there that know how to keep the customer happy from start to finish.
