Beyond service expectations! Went to drive through the car wash around 5pm on a Saturday, the tech asked me to raise the back passage window (had lowered about 1″ on its own)…it wouldn’t go up… but it did go down… all the way down! Well, needless to say no car wash…, in a panic, plans to use the car are now a bust, service centers (BMW) closed… Monday seem too far away to wait… I remembered seeing an ad some time back for power window repair on tv… Unilocal’d it and found Joe! Called… by this time it’s after 7p… he said if I was willing to drive to Ashland, he’d fix it NOW… I couldn’t say yes fast enough. …so, after a windy drive to Ashland from Medford…20 +/​-​mins, new parts, Joe was done and at a price that was more than reasonable!
Need to mention… most the time he comes to you, so he’s service is beyond exceptional…
