Meet the Business Owner
James S.
Business Owner
James has been in the food service industry for over 15 years and started out in California at a prime butcher shop on Route 66 called Wolfe’s Market. He then moved to Jackson and was the first employee hired at Picasso Bistro & Pizzeria. James was fortunate enough to have met his wife Lindsay while working at Picasso.
He worked for two years as a manger/bartender until he partnered up with Dr. Harry & Beth Baddour. James then spent the next three years as Managing Partner at Picasso with the support of his partners. In 2010, he and his wife purchased the restaurant from the Baddours and have been working on perfecting the art of pizza.
