Established in 2010.

We prepare vacant units to rent ready status, and use many sources to advertise your property (such as Craigslist and Zillow). We provide brochures to realtors and large companies in our area, the use of flyers and yard signs, availability lists, coming soon lists, and open-​house notifications. We personally show your property pointing out amenities of the property and the neighborhood. We also help to find what school zones the properties are in for those potential tenants looking to move their children into a certain school zone. We screen prospective tenants by using a credit reporting agency for credit and background checks. We check references, and require a minimum income requirement of three times the rent (this does not apply to Section 8 recipients). We use detailed lease forms that spell out tenant and owner responsibilities. We have a legal team that takes care of all our legal and eviction issues.
