Performance Pros was founded in 2006 and partnered with Thumbs-​up Holiness Church in 2009 to create jobs for a living skills program to help promote an healthy community. In addition to cleaning homes and businesses in Jackson, MS, Our team makes an effort to hire and mentor local community members. With proper training and guidance, many of these individuals make fine employees and proudly maintain our commitment to customer service.

Performance Pros is not just a Janitorial service but an economic development tool used in the Janitorial Industry to develop the community by developing people. Performance Pros is an organization that is searching for partnering relationships, not just more business, to enhance and promote healthier communities by supplying jobs so that the people can be taught how to live by making better decisions in life.

Our purpose is to design a service that is customized to your facility and the tenants occupying the facility that will keep a safe friendly and clean environment, while accomplishing our goal of changing the lives of those that are hired to maintain the facility through our living skills program.
