Excellent atmosphere, service, and cocktails. The selection of daily specials and appetizers are great; although, the standard menu and sides tend to be bland.

Mediocre food. Not bad but not amazing. Atmosphere is old and outdated. In desperate need of a remodel. Met my parents halfway for a birthday dinner and was a little disappointed. Had the pork chops and there was more fat than I would’ve liked. Flavor was ok but again not amazing. Service was good and probably the reason why we would go back if we meet in Jackson again. Don’t shy away from this place if you have never been but don’t get your hopes up for a really nice, classy place.

5 of us stopped in for dinner and all 5 of our meals were excellent. I had a mushroom, onion cheese hamburger that was one of the best I ever had. I asked for medium and it was exactly right, just alittle pink. But the hamburger they used was superior and cooked on a grill? IDK, just soooo yummy! My friend had a Ruben that looked hugh. She could barely hold it. Another friend had a steak of some kind and it looked great and filled the plate. Might be alittle pricey, but you really get what you pay for here.

This is an excellent restaurant. The bar is known to make very stiff drinks. Their pricey but you’re basically getting a double in each drink. The food here is pretty good. Their burgers are excellent and the steak dishes are good too. The atmosphere is fairly upscale. It’s a decent place to take a date for dinner.

One of the best overall meals that I’ve had in a long time. Great staff, appetizer and the bread is excellent. My meal of Lamb chops, mashed potatoes and asperges was perfectly cooked and amazing. Highly recommend to try out. Old classic steakhouse feel.

Knight’s Steakhouse is a perfect spot for good food and DRINKS in Jackson, the staff is awesome and attentive and the cooks are great. I can honestly say I have never been let down here, good steak is hard to find around town, give this place a visit.

Worst meal in a long time ANYWHERE! Arrived at 8:45, over an hour BEFORE closing only to be treated like we came in as they were locking the doors. It was clear that nobody wanted us there. Took 10 min to get three beers from the bar. Broccoli Chedddar soup had zero cheese in it, in fact I’m quite certain it was cream of broccoli soup from a can. When the meals arrived my entrée had sweet potatoes which I despise instead of mashed potato. Apparently they were out of mashed potato and just assumed that is what I would enjoy. The vegetables were barely Luke warm and still hard. My stuffed chicken with garlic and gargonzola was so overcooked it was like chewing leather! Hands down the worst meal I’ve ever paid over $ 80 for. I will never return and suggest you don’t go their either.

Classic steakhouse with the classic dark old school interior(which I like!). The steaks and seafood are great but side dishes are okay. I had a twice baked potato as a side and it was pretty dry. Prices are good. I have been there twice and will definitely go again, I would recommend for people to visit who live in the area. Nothing to write home about but a place I will return to. A good local steak house.

The waitstaff was awesome. However, the hostess was a grade A jerk. She was the one wearing a hideous orange outfit. She sneered at me when I waved her ahead of me because she was about to run into me. Then, throughout dinner, she would come by our table and give me the stink eye. Checked on all the tables around us never once checked on ours. Heard her belittling staff during the whole meal. Knight’s itself is a great place. This woman is a horrible person to be the first interaction for Knight’s. Get rid of her.

The filet mignon here has been perfect everytime I have had it. Also, the whitefish is another great plate. Would have been 5 stars but the service lacks customer experience skills. For four people to go out for dinner and drinks at a price over 150, the service should reflect it.

I had the petite filet mignon and I could have made a better steak at home. The steak was so bland no flavor at all. I had to add pepper and salt just to eat it. The potatoes and vegetables were flavorless as well. Everything was just so bland. I would go to outback rather than here. My husband had the 24oz porterhouse and he actually really liked his steak. Nothing compared to capital grille or any other steakhouse in California but he said it was good. He didnt like the vegetables either though. Inside the place has old décor but gave a nice homey family kind of place. service was good except we waited 30 mins for our main dinner. I feel bad for the people of jackson if they consider this good steak. They really don’t know what they’re missing out on.

Had a decent meal here. The restaurant looks a little questionable and smells kind of musty but I had the best hamburger I have had in a long time, the chicken wings are good, and so are the twice baked potatoes(my husband said it made his meal)

Probably the best steakhouses in Jackson — which isn’t saying a lot(sorry). The décor has not changed much over the years I have to say. The light fixtures slightly resemble those at Medieval Times, and I think my little brother might be the youngest thing in the restaurant! I have to admit, they do make a mean Shirley Temple, not too much grenadine, not too much 7 Up. Didn’t overload it with cherries at the bottom(UGH pet peeve, am I right?).

I have heard great things about this place from several people on how good it so I thought I’d try it. I have to say I was greatly disappointed. The waitress, Jess, was very nice and courteous, but that was the highlight of the meal. First off we wnt about 8:30 on a saturday night. It took us over 10 minutes to get a seat. I looked around and saw many empty tables so I had to wonder why it took so long since we were the only ones waiting. The free bread, three little pieces, was just average and not very warm at all. I ordered a Delmonico(ribeye) steak & a lobster tail. Total for both without tax about $ 41. My lady ordered Maryland crab cakes, $ 19.50. They brought us our salads, nothing special, then our food. I had a side dish of mixed veggies which included about 4 green beans &4 small zucchini slices. I also had a red potato, it was so small, smaller than normal. The steak was a bit small and fatty and did not have any seasoning I could taste on it at all. I feel putting steak sauce on steak is an insult to the chef but I almost asked for some. It was not tender or flavorful but rather chewy and bland. My Ladies crabcakes consisted of three silver dollar size crabcakes that were way overcooked. They didn’t taste very well either. Don’t say it;s Maryland style if it’s not! For the price of the meal I was VERY disappointed. Even if the price was less I’d be disappointed. I wanted this place to be good but it wasn’t. If you’re going to spend money, lots of money, go anyplace else. Heck, Lone Star steakhouse has better steaks than this.

Unique offerings and fairly upscale service, strangely located in a deep south rural residential area of Jackson, just about as inconvenient to travelers as possible. Still, I would totally veer off the main roads to revisit Knights, as my wine glass was filled the the brim and my meal was tender and savory and was something I had never ordered before. The restaurant itself is just slightly outdated and could use just a little revamping to be called upscale, but overall is very clean and homey. We had great service here from(forgive my forgetting) someone w/the like name of Sameead. He was polite, professional, and nonintrusive. The menu has many options, but are mostly steak and seafood options. The prices are certainly on the higher side for dining, but judging by our meals, worth the price. I had the prime rib bites with Cajun cream sauce. I very much recommend! The prime rib was perfectly tender and not fatty in the least and was very flavorful on its own. The Cajun cream sauce was very complementary and not overpowering. My companions had scallops which were fine and good, but not anything to rave about. The rumors about Knights bar were true — all of our drinks were abundant w/the good stuff and they also have a decent beer menu. I would definitely come back for a nice occasion or quality meal.

Got there early no line. They brought bread and no butter. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills(we were seated next to the service counter). Then there was the steak, it was not cooked enough. The sides were small. Then watched a young couple swapping food mouth-to-mouth! Yuck!

I wasn’t impressed at all with Knights, and think I may have gotten food poisoning from eating there. I visited Knights with a large group and we were seated in a private room. The salads were unimpressive, the fish entrée was just okay, and dessert was ice cream(I’m lactose intolerant; the servers were nice enough to switch out my ice cream for raspberry sorbet). The restaurant was very crowded and there was a wait for a table; frankly, I didn’t see the allure of the place, but maybe it’s the best in Jackson?

I’ve never had a bad experience at Knights. The food is wonderful and the drinks… well…you go there to «Get Knighted.» Rather you are looking for nice, expensive meal, or an incredible burger, Knights has you covered.
