I had a fantastic experience here. I wish I’d have gotten their names but I didn’t.
I called yesterday evening to say I was just passing through and when I stopped in Richland I had oil splatters all over my primary and my left boot.
I had Slim at the shop 15 min prior to them opening. As soon as the shop door opened I walked in. The man that greeted me said, «I bet you have a leak.» «Yes, sir, I do.» He brought the bike in and immediately put it on the lift and went to work. Turns out I had a clogged port. One of the mechs test rode it and in less than 45 min total shop time I was back on the road. The cost for their time… my guarantee that I would have a fantastic weekend!
During all that… while biding my time roaming the store another gentleman approached me. He asked if I was a combat veteran because of my attire. I’m Active Duty. Instead of the all so often said,” thank you for your service” he shook my hand, a first for me.
I give these guys FIVE STARS for their hospitality and service! God bless you Gents, and thanks!
The shop, on the other hand, was a cluttered mess! I couldn’t tell if everything was old and faded or just extremely dusty. It was probably a little bit of both. They have three inviting sitting areas each with a fireplace and television but the furniture looked like it had been found at the trash pile. There were some pretty awesome vintage bikes but they were hidden in the back. There’s a real canon in the middle of the store but there’s so much clutter around it. There was a used bike on the sales floor with quite a bit of mud on it. This was, by far, the dirtiest and most cluttered shop I’ve ever been in. ONE STAR!
Worst of all, there’s no coffee or water at this stop. I was told it was because the owner/​manager got tired of people getting a full cup then throwing out half of it. Really!!! The clerk at the counter was nice enough to let me know I could get coffee at the Shell station next door. Thanks guy. ONE STAR!

My husband bought a bike here and has been back for different things. They have always been helpful and nice. They have a big selection of all models as well as used bikes. They have Harley clothing and memorabilia. They have parts and service. They can set you up with classes to get a license.

I dont get the other reviewer but we had an awesome experience here. We really learned alot about the bike we are looking at. The sale team is awesome. no pressure… very informative… very very friendly and welcoming… They made us feel like we belonged there and making this lifestyle change is deff what we want. The shop is huge and very organized. They have an awesome old side car with an awesome story to go with it… and the vest… wow… and the old bikes… you just havta go and stop by. Just like Broad Street Bakery and The Long Horn Steak House here in Jackson all three of these awesome establishments get an A++

I remember when this shop was being built and have known Earl, the owner and Homer, the mechanic for a long time. They are good guys, although Earl’s twin brother Timmy is an @$$#0!e. This shop has a special kind of character to it and is certainly home to several special characters as well. The folks here are very down to earth, just good old folks who like their motorcycles. I can see where some folks might think the customer service is lacking or where the shop is a little disorganized, but everyone is nice and always willing to help if you just ask. The other patrons are always good to have some coffee or a beer with. It’s a very casual place, as opposed to a lot of the other dealerships, and hese folks are more honest and helpful than a lot of the other HD stealerships I’ve dealt with. Sorry about your experience, Doug. Give them another chance.

I’m afraid this was a poor example of the customer service I’m used to at a HD dealership. I found the staff to be unfriendly, unengaging, and unhelpful. I’m only glad I’m not from the area as I’d be sad if forced to deal with them regularly. So much for southern hospitality. Looking for a t-​shirt? shop somewhere else. Even if it’s a drive.
Shame too, shop was good sized. If it was organized, and the staff friendly, they might have something going.
