Gutter Master Seamless Gutters

We had an interesting experience with Gutter Master. We had originally asked for gutters to be installed on our home. The day the gutters were to be installed the two installers came to the house and we spoke before I headed out to work. When I came home I saw that the back of the house had the gutters installed improperly and the shingles on our roof were cut and torn up. I called and had a supervisor come back out to inspect and they instantly said it was done wrong. He went back to speak to the owner and would contact me in a few days. I got a call back and the offer was to replace all the gutters and install them properly plus replace the roof on the back of our house at no cost. Or, since our roof was nearing 21 years old we could have the entire roof replaced for the cost of the materials only. They came, took our roof down to the plywood, installed new tar paper, flashing, pipe collars and roof. On top of that they did a fantastic job getting the new gutters and leaf topper installed. They went out of their way to make sure they did what they could to fix our problem and make us happy. That being considered I’d definitely recommend them for your house. It makes you feel confident that they will work hard to make sure the job is done right.
