Gateway Tire Service Center

Watch them on labor, I feel like this place over charge me for little of nothing. I will not come back here and I have been a customer for a couple years. Every other time they were good but a quick fix for 270. I won’t return.

Came here to inquire about a tire and they did not have it in stock. The gentleman did check another store (about 20 mins away in Jackson) and told me they didn’t have one either. I asked him if there was a way to order one overnight since the Jackson location was able to do that the last time and he said no and that it would take 3 days. I called the Jackson location myself (again it’s only 20 mins away) and they were able to order the same tire to be delivered in the morning. I deducted 3 stars for a lack of effort and simply not wanting to try. If I’m able to do more than the employee who works there then I’m not impressed. I’ve been here before and purchased 2 new sets of tires for 2 different vehicles and would expect a better level of service. I won’t return even though it is closer. The store in Jackson has twice now shown a higher level of customer service. :)

We had a flat tire repaired when we left Memphis and our tire warning light started to flash again as we were on our way to Nashville. We stopped at Gateway Tire Service Center and they checked the pressure. The previous guy had overfilled the tire by a long shot after repairing. Gateway helped us out, equalized the pressure and did not charge us. Super nice and friendly. Figured the least we could do was give them a good review. They deserve it as they cheerfully helped us out in a pinch.

Worst place in Jackson to get your car worked on. I took my car in because it had a screw in the tire. I told them that I had ran over one and that I’d like to get it pached. They said ok and it would be around 30 mins.
I went in at 1:05 and didn’t leave until 3:15. It’s a complete joke how I went in for a 15 minute job and had to wait hours to get it fix.
My car sat outside for about a hour before they even touched it and then sat inside the shop before they even started on it. After they started working, they were done in a couple of minutes. This place is a complete joke.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR I WOULD!
If you value your car and time DON’T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Great, friendly, & knowledgeable staff. They are very thorough in their work, & honest in their approach. Reasonable prices, not Walmart, but not walmart quality tires either that will only last you 30k miles. They will recommend services when needed, but only when needed. The mechanical side of the shop is top notch as well.
I must disagree with a previous reviewer in that they don’t honor their warranty. I’ve used them long enough to know that if you come in and get your FREE rotate & balance every 5k miles, they will definitely help you out. In fact, it seems as they go even further to help women with their problems. My wife had a low tire light on, OE tires on car mind you, & they removed the screw & patched it FREE of charge. She begged to pay but they just said come back and see them when she needs new tires. I dont forget about things like that. A great, all around shop that will do anything to help you fix your problem.

Went to get a radiator flush, had good service and got to my vehicle quickly, found another problem and asked me before repairing and explained all that had been done
