After almost a month of trying to get an estimate on a critical project from this company I have still not received a response. Every time I call to check in on the status of my estimate or a response to if they are even skilled enough to help me, the receptionist Brandi lets out a big sigh when she hears it is me calling. If they are too busy to help me, or do not have the right equipment or skill, that is not a problem. what is a problem is the silence and no response. All I hear is that Brandi has forwarded the request to the estimator… She was even supposed to e-mail me back yesterday with an eta on when and if I would hear anything and guess what… I didn’t even get an e-mail from her! Save your time people and don’t even bother contacting them to ask them for help. It sounds like they have so much current business that they will not need any more new in the future.
