I was in this furniture store for 20 minutes actively looking to purchase a dining room set and sectional sofa for my new home, yet on this slow Saturday afternoon not one employee so much as spoke to me, much less offered to help with a sale. Other than mine, only two cars are in the parking lot, so they are certainly not slammed with dozens of customers. I am a young woman with a career, but on saturday I wear jeans and tennis shoes to run my errands, perhaps my attire has something to do with the lack of service, but no matter what I will never be back and will share this experience with friends and family.
