Today’s unsung who gets sung: Sharda.
In the hurlyburly of car buying, it’s nice to have someone sail in who just knows their stuff. Sharda does. In fact she recites it so proficiently that it feels like she is not a carmax staffer talking to a customer but a professor talking to a student. Good stuff. She clarified a lot. Quickly.
Also honorable shoutout to Devin who’s quite sharp about his biz, too.
