There’s something I want to say, but I’m keeping it to myself. Basically, just go across the street to Advance auto. I’ve gone here several times and was helped by SOME FRIENDLY staff. One day a few months ago I went to get my battery changed. The way the battery sits you have to remove one bar that sits above it. Of course I had a lady do this. And she did nothing but bi#% that I don’t get paid enough for this, or your not going to pay me $ 60 hour to do this.
I’m like lady it’s one damn bar you have to unscrew and move out the way. And I don’t care how much you get paid. I went in a few months later to ask her a question and she went off on me. After I started to leave she then had a mood swing and started being all nice and saying «But if you need any other assistance…» Blah, Blah, I’m gone.
I’ve gone to Advance Auto across the street, at least they can change your battery without bi#^ing.
