HORRIBLE! Did not show on date and time of move stating he lost paperwork. We had talked the day before and confirmed the time of arrival and logistics of the move but Ernest Hudson was still not prepared with his paperwork, men, truck or move. AVOIDATALLCOST!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL&DAMAGING Hired these people to move, yesterday, expensive Italian leather couches and various items. 2 items were inexcusably DAMAGED. After an extensive search earlier this week, A Affordable Movers were the only«professional» movers available before end of the month. First, they were to arrive Weds, then rescheduled with random excuses. The next morning, they were LATE. Specifically told, apt to storage. They went to storage first. My beautiful couches, paid for with hard-earned $$$, are now irreversibly, thoughtlessly flawed and have become reduced in value; investment(BOUGHTLESSTHAN2YEARSAGOFOROVER $ 1,500). My elderly mother oversaw movers and said: couch was shoved through door which caused most damaged inflicted.(Metal door was so beaten up it could not close and I’m being charged by apt complex for that damage.) Rips and the red color of door was found after inspecting them when they left storage unit. My computer desk was completely broken off on one side. It was intact when they left my apartment complex but in pieces when it arrived at my storage unit. HOWDOESTHATHAPPEN?(Beyond repair, ended up having to give desk to Goodwill.) During entire move, these movers cussed OUTLOUD, discussed openly that they should charge MORE! Spoke to person in charge, after having to calm down discovering these numerous damages. Received only EXCUSES. NOAPOLOGIESORSOLUTIONS! Supervisor/manager states that desk is partical board and they have a tendency to come apart.(yes if HANDLEDINCORRECTLY!) and he would need to speak to the movers; AFTER he received multiple photos that he requested taken of damage and desk in PIECES. I had called back before end of business day because hours passed without any response. This man tells me to call back TUESDAY! That is ridiculous. This process was not worth the money spent and I hope no one else is subjected to this level of INCOMPETENCE. SMH
