Decided to come back and update my review. Since that date, I tried to go back to have my nails refilled. Turns out the girl that did the excellent job no longer works there. Mind you, this was 2 weeks later. I wish I could have found out where she went but they gave me no word regarding. Being the understanding person I am, I asked for another appointment with someone else. Of course that didn’t work out as I was told they were extremely booked but I can do a «stand by» appointment just in case someone has cancelled. I called almost every day or every other day for 2 weeks. I got attitude several times for trying to get an appointment. I was NEVER rude to anyone there. Finally I had to get my nails done somewhere else. I understand the place got busy. But it definitely got to the point where it sounded like bs. When you get your nails done at one place & they do a good job, you tend to want to come back. But this place is making it seem that they are so «hot» that they can’t accommodate you. & that’s just bullshit.

Initially I was excited to have found this spot. My excitement quickly turned to anger when each time I got my nails done one would break in a few days or all of my rhinestones would either fall off or the color would peel. Why are you up-charging on rhinestones that aren’t Swarovski? Why are you doing techniques that put glue over top of these rhinestones so they don’t sparkle & then the color of the rhinestone peels off?! These are very cheap, low budget rhinestones ladies BEWARE! My 1st time there I was duped. I thought everyone was cheerful & happy boyyyy was I wrong. If you like your nail appointments to be interrupted by personal phone calls & gossip this is the place for you! They do not honor appointment times. Don’t come early, come late… everyone else does & that’s perfectly fine! I also believe they just make up prices bc there is no consistency in pricing from set to set. Never returning. VERY disappointed.

I went here twice, I drove three hrs to get my nails done here and its not worth it! First of the receptionist triple booked robin the nail tech with three appts back to back. When Me and my sister arrived robin just started working on her client, she did not ACKNOWLEDGEUSATALL. When she got to me and my sister she was upset with the receptionist, before she got to me she had to eat which was okay but after being there for two hrs I wanted to be done to leave. I was so upset she did NOT want to do the type of nails me and my sister wanted. They charged me and my sister $ 55 dollars each for a refill and two nail replacements. We paid 50 $ each when we first went there. Im so over the terrible customer service its ridiculous. I do NOT recommend this place it sucks. The one girl they have working there she is fresh out of nail school and she is way nicer and sincere then the girls who have been working there. Btw parking sucks!!! Make sure you take quarters!

They do good nails but their customer service sucks!!! You can make an appointment but still won’t be seen on time. They allow other customers to jump in front you despite the fact you been waiting patiently

all the techs are AMAZING, my personal fave is Havoc. They are amazing too but Lisa and Pebbles, often over charge for designs, I understand they are intricate and detailed designs that I like but whats the true difference between the five dollar/ten dollar designs I have gotten, barely any and seemed arbitrary how the pricing was done on more than a few of my visits. Book and confirm your appointments in advance, be explicit and let them know what you plan to do(soak, fill, full, nail art, etc,) be well on time twenty mins early.

This nail salon is over hyped. They’re location is a hole in a wall. Not the best area either. Hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area but asides that. I’m over this place. Décor inside is tacky, pedicure chairs are uncomfortable. Basically a plastic tub you put your feet in. For all the money you pay here, they’re extremely unprofessional. I’ve had an experience where my nail tech was eating while she was doing my nails, and having a personal conversation on her phone too. Not only is this unhygienic and disgusting but it’s annoying that I’m stuck here longer than I was waiting. For all the money you pay, I expect to have someone’s undivided attention for that time at least. Constantly on their phones, taking personal calls, texting, eating, changing the movies on their TV, too much chatting about nonsense. They claim to be high end but this is far from it. Your better off going to a local salon in your neighborhood. They’re also very sneaky with their prices even though they’re listed right in front of you. And when asked how much a design is or how much the total will be? They never give a straight forward answer. How does a fill in with two little designs come out to 50 $? Ridiculous. Quality work and much talent here but doesn’t out weigh all the cons! I’m always happy with my nails, and the quality of things. But with everything else being said, I don’t think I will return. Not worth it honestly… I work in a salon too, and I’m big on customer service! Hopefully they will make changes to their salon so it doesn’t turn customers off.

If I can give more STARS, I Would!!! I love this place! As soon as you walk in you feel like your apart of a family. Everyone is so friendly, they vibe off each other so well making you feel right at home. Not only are their designs so dope and fresh, but the actual nail work itself last. There are times that I can’t make it till 4 to 6 wks later and my nails, didn’t lift, crack or break! Hands down the best nail salon ever and their expanding!

Love my place. The salon has its own unique vibe. Every single person that works there is awesome n unique in their own special way. Their nail artistry is a on point. They all truly love what they do. I must say u can’t always please everyone. Someone is always gonna find a way to say something negative and ignorant. But I’ve always said Ima try for myself not go by what the next person says. I truly love Vsbnailboutique n everything that goes along with. But don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself.

I was getting married on 5.17.15 and wanted to do something extremely different and fancy for my nails. My assistant took me to her nail salon and had the owner Lisa, work on my nails! Let me just say. I normally don’t pay more than $ 20 for my nails, however, it was totally worth the cost. My nails looked absolutely amazing and I was complemented on them everywhere I went. even as far as my Honeymoon in Atlantis Bahamas. I have very sensitive nails and Lisa did not hurt me one bit. She put my mind at ease by conversing with me, and kinda converted me to treating my nails on this level. When I left the salon, I messed up a nail and was horrified. I called her and she fixed it with no problem. The sickest part about it was that my nails lasted a little over a month and I am not one to be dainty. When I went back to get my nails redone, same experience. It’s been almost a month again, and well. they are still rocking. The other factor I like is that I don’t have to wait 4hrs to have an available nail tech take care of me. Since it’s by appointment only, your in on the time your scheduled, and your out when your done! I’ve never been into nail art or stuff like that, but VSB has made me a believer.

SODONEWITHTHISPLACE!!! So, I had my scheduled appointment with Robin on a Thursday. I have been going to her for a while now. I walk in and see the receptionist, let her know I’m there, 2:50pm my appointment was for 3:30pm. I see Robin and she never looks up to acknowledge me and I see that she has pretty much just started working on someone, so I knew once again I would be there a while. I told the receptionist st I would be back, went and got a quick bite. At 3:25 I walking back and the receptionist calls me to come back so that someone else could get me started while Robin finished up. I get there and the new person Pinky takes me and begins working on my nails, I was getting a full set. 3:45pm Pinky just puts on the acrylic nails and buffs them down, I go and sit and wait some more for Robin, who still hasn’t said anything to me. at 3:54pm the receptionist comes over to me and tells me, «We didn’t know you were getting a full set, we thought it was a fill-in» I’m like ok and…, well Robin won’t be able to spend that much time on you, she has another appointment after you and she’s already behind. So I said, «I was here at 2:50, how is that my fault? She’s always behind and I don’t see how me getting a fill-in or full set which has already been started has to do with her doing my nails». She then offers to have the new girl do my nails, my blood boiling at this point and I look at Robin and she never looks up, I said fine, I’ve been here an hour now and you’re just now getting it together, I need to go, had these damn acrylic nails on my hands let her do them. So Pinky decided while she did my nails and mind you I had told her I needed to be in the Bronx and was already very late that she would now eat lol lol. She finishes, I go pay and Robin is standing there and I swear this woman NEVER said a single word to me, not a hello, not an apology NOTHING!!! Saturday morning as I am putting on my sandal, a nail pops off, Sunday another one. I called the shop and explain and they tell me they won’t refund my money, I explain that I am going out of town and Can’t go get them fix nor do I want to. Nothing was done!!! There is such a lack of professionalism and lack of courtesy from Robin, her customer service sucks to say the least. I am so disgusted by how I was treated. I am a paying customer, I wasn’t there for free and her indifference and behavior left such a sour taste in my my mouth. You’re there to do a job that I am paying a lot of damn money for. And the fact that I wasn’t offered at least a partial refund is unacceptable. As you can see from the pictures there are the 2 nails. Such quality!

I’ve been in search of a place that can do nails like my spot in Atlanta. I made an appointment but the gentlemen put me down on the wrong date. They were booked and was trying to see how the can fit me in. Long story short they did right by me and was able to fit me into a cancelation spot. Let me start off by saying everyone here can do nails. If you want your nails studded out I would suggest Robin. I’ve seen her work in person and on Instagram. I plan to try her or Lisa next. The young lady who did my nails was good as well but next time I want a funky design. The prices are not bad actually pretty reasonable. A must try if you are a girly girl who is into nails. You will be very much satisfied. They are by appointment. Walk-ins will be disappointed.
