On 5÷13÷16 my girlfriend went to her massage session and her belongings were stolen. This is how it happened: In order to get on the massage beds, she was told to remove her clothes in an improvised changing room and place her belongins in a chair which was not in the same room. As she got on the bed and finished the massage, she went to get her belongings in the room next door, and to her surprise, her cellphone was gone. My girlfriend remembers that there were only two customers, my girlfriend and another girl which finished earlier. As soon as my gf confronted the owner, she completely disengaged from any fault and proceeded to take another other customer leaving my stressed gf dealt with the situation. She completly disregarded the claims of my gf, locked herself in the massage room with the other customer and never came out. My gf, too patiently, waited for one hour! But she never came out. MY Gf had no other option but to leave and call the police to make a report. Since the owner never called my gf, Four hours later my gf called the owner to confront her and ask if the store was going to be responsible for the theft since there was a lack of lockers, changing rooms without security, etc. Owner said she wasn’t going to pay for anything, but did agree to, in the future, provide a way to lock belongings. Cosmo bella lost a long time customers (3+ years) who spent thousand of dollars. Cosmo Bella completly mismanaged the situation, they missed the 101 rule of customer service and in the end they failed to satisfy their customers. It was a stolen cellphone but it could have been a wallet, a passport, a ring, or an irreplaceable belonging, so to whoever is reading this, please know that this place cares more about themselves than making a situation right, we hope they read this and improve their business model so this doesn’t happen to anybody else.

This place is horrible. There are so many things wrong with it, I don’t even know where to start.
I was desperate to get my nails done, after my appointment was messed up at a different salon, and I wish I left and just kept looking for another place to get my nails done.
The girl did not clean the bin, where you soak your feet, and she did not understand English, so I could not even tell her to clean it. I don’t even think she change the towel that she had on the foot rest, since I did not see her bring a new one from any where, but I am honestly not even sure about that part. She didn’t even clean off the old nail polish residue properly that was on my toenails and just started painting over it.
I ended up getting three toes messed up and have been cleaning it with medicine for the last 2 days, after having to remove the nail polish to properly clean the nails out. She also claimed my nails were dry (after doing Gel nails), but they weren’t and I was too far away to come back and get her to fix it. It was a total ripoff. After seeing my friends get them done, I realized she didn’t even do the gel process properly to begin with and I was charged for french gel nails.
I would NEVER recommend this place for nails. I don’t even want to think about how unsanitary their other services may be.
