Richboro Ritz Pet Resort

There is no place like «The Ritz»! My neighbor whose dog had health issues highly recommended them and we have been using them since… First for our Jack Russell who had lymphoma but was quite active until he crossed the Rainbow Bridge… The attention the dogs get is outstanding ! Now our Jack-​Shitzu Mix gets to vacation there a few times per yr and we can’t say enough great things. Yes it’s pricey but well worth it. Harry comes home happy and smiling! Staff is awesome !

When I saw this place had no reviews I HAD to be the first ! Highly recommend this kennel for boarding.
We’ve had horrible past experiences & had we not found the Richboro Ritz– I don’t know what I would do with our «baby» when we wanted to take a vacation !
We have a very timid lapdog. She’s only 3.5 lbs & doesn’t take well to strangers, being alone, especially being separated from us.
The people here seem genuinely loving towards her & she seems happy & healthy when we pick her up!
We only need kennel services about once a year but when there was a time when we took her more than once, she seemed fine with going back & walked right in!:)
I even met the owner once who told me her kids love my dog & they kept coming to visit & play with her. That made me feel wonderful because I know she must’ve been thrilled as the affection– seeking canine she is.
++Huge PLUS: our last trip our dog started with an eye sore/​infection of some sort. They promptly called & asked if they could seek medical attention. We of course gave the ok & were very happy to see her eye had been cared for & the price they charged for not only having her seen by a vet, but transporting her there plus acquiring the medicine she needed didn’t break the bank ! 2 thumbs up!
No negatives to report on the care or facility here. Wish it was a little less expensive. it kills me a little having to budget in the extra $$$+ to every trip we plan, but in the end you get what you pay for !!! The peace of mind is priceless.
We have several facilities much closer to us but we make arrangements to drive here before any departure. Having had a devastating experience in the past-​Why take a chance on anywhere else? No one wants to come home to a sick dog & impending vet bill!!!
