FITLIFE is different because we truly care about your health. Our staff understands that 85% of the population has never been a member of a health club or gym before. We understand each individual has a different reason for joining a gym. We know the vast majority of individuals are not looking to be bodybuilders or super models — they simply want to improve their life.

All memberships includes personal coaching success sessions, full access to our nutrition coaching and program design sessions.

History

Established in 2001.

Fitlife began as a small personal training and sports performance studio in 900 square feet. Today we operate in a 10,000 square foot custom fitness center with every tool needed to help our clients that range from youth fitness to baby boomers and everything in between.

Business Owner

Jeff has a B.S. in exercise physiology from Temple University. Jeff is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist C.S.C.S Other certifications include but are not limited to Functional Movement Screening, Speed Training and Kettlebell Training.

Jeff strives to change the world of fitness with extreme professionalism and results based programming. At FITLIFE we don’t DO what’s trendy; we DO what gets results. Our job is to get results for our clients and change lives!

While not working he enjoys spending time with his family, wife Dana and two boys Luke 4 and Dean 2.

I love this gym. Did I just say I loved going to a gym??? That’s a first.
Well, I have tried their classes, their obstacle course in the back of the facility, and personal training. I love ALL of it. The classes are fun and keep you moving for a solid hour on all kinds of strength, cardio, and functional exercises. And the class size is perfect. Not too big, not too small. The obstacle course in the back is great for practice for any mud run. The facility itself is awesome with just about anything you can think of inside on the turf area, including a place to practice rope climbing!
The personal trainers are the best thing about this place. Mike is my trainer and he is ridiculously fit and training for ANW himself. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and extremely patient when teaching me about both! Personal training is not inexpensive, but I really feel like he is taking the time to put together customized training that is completely specific to helping me achieve my goals and address my weaknesses. I’m excited to come in. I am exhausted when I leave, but also really pumped up by the workout and looking forward to more. He’s a kick-​ass trainer.
Another trainer there, Brian, has also been extremely supportive and I can’t believe he taught me how to climb a rope in one session. He’s so upbeat. And all of the other trainers have been really welcoming and generous with high-​five throwing as well. It is a great place to train. I have a Spartan annual pass this year and these guys are definitely helping me get Beast-​ready!

I’ve been going to gyms for about 12 years now. Over those years I’ve tried all the local small gyms; sometimes being a member at two different gyms at once. There is no comparing them as Fitlife is on whole different level! Fantastic place with passionate trainers and like minded members! Great motivation at every level! I personally love the group training classes which are ever changing with new challenges; even after being a member for about 8 years now.
They even offer group classes for children/​teens. I also love that they give back to the community through their connection with various Autism and Breast Cancer groups.

I came across it online at the «Best of Bucks County Awards» site. They’ve been best alternative gym 2 years in a row, apparently, and for very good reason. It’s less of a convention «gym» and more like a small community of people who actually care about health and fitness.
You won’t see the all-​so-​annoying gym members that LA has… no roided-​up men grunting at the weight racks… no women just barely covering up their va-​jay-​jays to get attention. It’s about real people here.
This gym has all the equipment that a conventional gym has, (treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, machines, etc.) but they have so much more,… The Jacob’s Ladder (a never-​ending ladder– great cardio!), TRX bands from the ceiling, climbing ropes, suspended pull-​up bar, vertical max boards, sliding boards, etc. There’s even a Tough Mudder training obstacle course outside!
The trainers really know what they’re talking about, too. They go above and beyond to access your fitness needs, and they create a custom program designed for you to reach your fitness goals.
I honestly can not go back to a regular gym after being at Fitlife. It’s actually fun to workout, and less of a chore.
They recently incorporated the MyZone Program into the gym. MyZone is a heart-​rate monitor system. when you wear your belt, your heart rate appears on the big TVs at the gym. Depending on the intensity of your workout, you accumulate «MEPs» which help you gauge how well of a workout you’re getting. The system REALLY helps. It makes you compete with yourself (For me, I’m always trying to stay in the high yellow to red level) as well as others. FitLife makes MyZone fun too… for the months of July 2013 and August 2013, they have a contest– get to 5,000 MEPs and be entered into a grand prize. every 500 MEPs over that gets you another entry.
I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to better their health, no matter how small or large the goal.

Fitlife is the best gym I have come across. and I have tried them all: LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Golds, etc. What makes Fitlife unique is their group/​personal training and their friendly, get-​to-​know-​you staff.
The adult group training is my favorite because it is always something new. The trainers mix in timed circuits, cardio stations, weight lifting, and partner drills. There’s an indoor turf which allows us to do so much more than your standard gym. They just put in an obstacle course out back which I’m excited to start doing in our groups.
They also have a nice cardio area, free weights, group exercise room, and a pilates room. The trainers are so friendly and they make you feel welcome. They know everyone’s name that walks through the gym and they always take the time to greet you and see how you’re doing.
They also offer sport performance training — groups for athletes and personal training sessions tailored to their sport. It seems every week they have a new sports team coming in to be trained.
I can’t say enough great things about Fitlife. The trainers are passionate about what they do and it’s contagious. It makes me want to work out harder when I walk in the gym.
The first time you visit, a trainer will schedule a time for you to come in and receive a free evaluation where they actually put you through a work out and discuss your goals. From there you can learn about what kind of work out fits best for you.
I feel like this gym is a hidden gem. It’s tucked in an industrial park so it’s not something you pass unless you are looking for it, but it’s right in the center of Bucks County. Not to mention Fitlife just earned the title of Best Gym in Bucks County and one of their trainers, Brian, earned the title Best Trainer in Bucks County. If that doesn’t say something, I don’t know what will!
As I’ve been known to hop around from gym to gym, I can honestly say that I have finally found my match and I don’t plan on going anywhere!
