Awesome. Good wine. Sampler of six tastings at good price. We chose our favorite — Cabernet Franc. Brought our dog. Very pet friendly. He got treats and lots of attention. Lots and lots of activity on a Sunday afternoon. Well worth the visit.

This was the first vineyard we visited during our weekend in Ithaca. It’s only 6 minutes away from the main commons! Tasting was only $ 3, and everything was great! My favorite was their Quintessence bordeaux blend — not overwhelming, and full bodied. Got myself 2 bottles for home! They also have outdoor seating that has views over their vineyard and gardens. We spent a relaxing afternoon finishing off a bottle of their rose. Would definitely recommend this if you are visiting!

Nice winery. Beautiful view. The since it it close to the city, the tasting room was on the crowded side when I went and rightfully so. These wines range from delicate to flavorful, from floral to sweet. I definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

Great place delicious wine and cheap !!! Beautiful scenery. We were able to taste wine and keep the glass as a souvenir for $ 6. And a glass of wine was only $ 4, it was good and reasonably priced. You’re able to walk around and enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved this place! The bartender was very informative, attentive, and friendly. We ended up tipping her more than we usually do, along with purchasing more wine and spirits than we thought we would, but it was totally worth it! This place is a must!

I’m from Philly, so this was my first wine tasting experience. I had a blast, this place is such a deal! 6 wine tasting for $ 3! All 6 tasting was a decent size, giving you 3 – 4 sips of wine. A glass of wine is $ 4, cheese vary but starts at $ 4. Crackers are only a dollar. Host was knowledgable and tried to be personal able the whole time. I like that we had a menu where you can choose the wines and they had a short description for them. The time we went was pretty busy as it was a Saturday afternoon so Host had to go back and forth and we had to wait some time between each tasting for her to take care of other customers. Other then that it’s a fun experience with a pretty view

Six Mile Creek was our first stop for wine tasting while in the area. It gave us a great start to the trip! I really liked their wines, and the tasting room staff were welcoming and friendly. The Quintessence, a Bordeaux blend, was my favorite, and I also loved their Seyval Blanc and Chardonnay. They sell blocks of various cheeses if you want to sit and have some cheese with your wine. We got a couple of cheeses, and they gave us a nice wood cheese board, basket of crackers, and a knife so that we could enjoy our cheese with our wine. We opted to buy a bottle of the Seyval Blanc, as the day’s heat definitely called for a chilled white wine. We had our dog with us, and they are super dog friendly here, which was much appreciated. There was a water dish outside, and they had treats inside, both of which kept our dog happy and calm. We were here on a Sunday afternoon. They had live music outside on their back deck, which has a view of the vineyard. Overall, it was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and they make very good wine. We will definitely be back!

Out of the way but well worth it to stop in. Be sure to try the Amaretto or orangecello. Peter did an awesome job explaining all of their wines.

What a beautiful vineyard! The tasting-6 wines-was only $ 3 or $ 5 if you want to keep the glass. That’s way, way less than any vineyard I have ever been to. Their wine were delicious. I usually find that depending on the region either the whites or reds reign over the other, but I will say that each and every one was thoroughly enjoyable and drinkable. We got a bottle of the Bellissimo and drank it outside by the pond. It was a weekday so we were completely alone and it was so beautiful with the mountains in the background. The girl who led the tasting(I think her name might have been Holly?) was so sweet! She was knowledgeable and friendly. What a great find! I love this Vineyard! We bought several bottles to bring home, which is rare because we normally find maybe 1 or 2 at a vineyad that we like enouh to buy but this time we couldn’t decide!

Lovely setting, friendly people, good folk music. And — oh yeah — tasty wine! :) You can purchase cheese + crackers as well. It’s likely beautiful in the Summer, as everywhere in Ithaca. Fwiw, they are kid/family-friendly.

One of my favorite wineries in Ithaca. It is smaller and more intimate than most. Great wines & great people. Enjoy a beautiful view with one of their phenomenon Rieslings without having to drive so far out of town.

A very nice vineyard. Close to two college campuses. It is pretty small, but it is nice and intimate if that is what you are looking for. The staff is always friendly, very helpful and knowledgable about their grapes and wines. A tasting of 6 wines is only $ 3!

The people are accommodating and friendly. They make a heck of a nice wine Spitzer drink and have local beer on tap.

If you’re heading north from the NYC area, this is a great place to begin your Finger Lakes Winery experience. It’s very easy to find(parking right off the main road into town), and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a wine-making conversation and a glass of red from a barrel before I even made it into the tasting room; isn’t THAT nice? The tasting room has a deck overlooking the vineyard and the mountain vista. There are other wineries that are larger and with more stunning views, but this was certainly beautiful and charming in its modesty. The tasting was inexpensive, and they included it in the cost of the bottle of white that I purchased(Vignoles, 2013). There are a lot of great wineries in the region, but this one certainly made me feel welcome and I’m glad I stopped by.

We went in on a snowy March afternoon. There owner/person in charge was ready to paint the place, stopped everything and engaged us in tasting. He didn’t keep track of what or how many wines we drank and tasted each wine before serving us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made this stop a totally enjoyable experience. By the way, the wine was good.

We went here at around 3pm. No one was in the parking lot but we went in because the sign said open and we had just seen someone leaving. There was no one inside the building at all and we could have easily walked away with bottles of wine. We looked around for a bit and still no one came out to greet us. We left and will never venture to this vineyard again.

We found this place pretty disappointing. We went for a tasting and paid the 3 dollar fee for each of us. It was near the end of the day so our bartender/winetender found it okay to partake in tasting the wines with us which we found a bit odd. He was not particularly helpful beyond a superficial level as far as stating a description of every wine he poured. That being said none of the wine(we tried all the reds and one rosette) was very good, we really wanted to buy something local in the Fingertips region to take home but nothing here was inspiring enough to buy. Some wines like their Merlot were just plain very bad.

6 wine tastings for $ 2 and 3 hard liqueur tastings for $ 3. YES. We started off with the whites, then moved on the reds, then moved on to desert wines. That’s what my friends did at least… since its the proper way to do it. I started off with a white, then jumped to the desert, then jumped back to whites, tried a red, disliked it, then repeated the deserts. The people serving you the wines are very knowledgeable. When they didn’t know the answers to our questions, they googled it and found out the answers. They also aren’t anal. Even though its $ 2 for 6 wine tastings, they were cool about letting you try 7 or 8. The hard liqueur tastings was interesting. My friend kept telling me to try Grappa and even offered to pay for it. I knew something was up. It was soooo strong omg. Most people bought a bottle of the wine that they liked and drank in the balcony facing the vineyard, which was beautiful. We bought a bottle, but since it was already closing(closes at 5pm), we took the bottle home to finish it up.
