We are a family owned and operated bar and restaurant that thrives on great food, big portions and affordable prices. We make our pizza dough and sauce homemade as well as having chicken wings that aren’t small. We believe that our biggest specialty is service. We want everyone to feel welcome and we do our best to make sure that happens.
History
Established in 2014.
Chrissy and Rob Hayes purchased the business in September of 2014, as the former Rascals. We formulated a plan to transform the space into a food first business based on family values. We changed the name to Redders Bar and Grill in honor of Chrissy’s father Mark Redder, who instilled the ability to be a people person into his daughter.

Business Owner
Chrissy and Rob have been friends for nearly 25 years.
An extensive background in the food industry as well as bartending, Chrissy has been involved in many aspects of the food and beverage industry. She has worked at various places in this area including, Lori’s Restaurant, Clara and step father Howard. Anyone who knows Chrissy is always happy to see her.
Rob worked in the wine and spirit industry for almost 22 years locally at Judd Falls Wines. After leaving there he worked for the previous owners of the business, Rascals and started cooking and found a new love. With a true enjoyment of food before cooking, Rob found that watching what goes behind a meal truly makes you appreciate the final plate as well as the process
