We Mitsuba is dedicated to bringing topnotch customer service and food quality to the community. I am very strict when it comes to selecting food material and ingredients. I believe food quality is the core of restaurant operations. I have been devoting great effort on training the staff to differentiate fresh fish and seafood form the others. Anything that fails to meet our quality standard is not allowed to be served. Another factor that contributes to Mitsuba’s success is our polite and attentive service.
