Midstate Basement Authorities was created to give homeowners peace of mind. You will know that your basement or crawlspace is fixed, and fixed right, the first time.

Robert Leach started on his own in the early 80′s as a self-​employed contractor. He served the construction needs of central New York with his attention to detail, quality customer service, and craftsmanship. MidstateBasementTeam

His son, Eric joined him after returning from military service and overseas contracting work. In 2008 they created R. Leach & Son Contracting Inc., added a few employees, and continued their to add to their track record of quality service and craftsmanship.

In 2012 they realized that there was a big need for quality basement waterproofing and foundation repair. With that knowledge, Midstate Basement Authorities was created. They became a dealer for a nationwide company called Basement Authorities, a company who has been waterproofing basements since the 60′s. With the support and innovative product
