James R. Orcutt Jr. — Principal Broker

Focused on delivering a higher level of customer service, James has leveraged his experience in the luxury hotel industry to bring his clients a level of service worthy of Five Stars. As a former manager of New York City’s famed Carlyle Hotel, James is well tenured in anticipating the needs of his clients and delivering on those needs.

James’ hospitality experience coupled with his higher education (Master of Management in Hospitality — Cornell Hotel School 2002) allow him to deliver both a higher level of service as well as a higher level of analysis to both buyers and sellers.

As a native of Ithaca and alumnus of Cornell University (BS ’95, MMH ’02), James knows the community well and is a wonderful resource of information.
