Really great place for storage. Easy to rent from even when the office is closed because of their rental kiosk. I used the 2323 Slaterville Road facility because of the indoor, climate controlled storage. Never had a problem. When I was done renting I got my security deposit back which was great because I totally forgot about it!

This is one of the only storage places around Cornell University/​Ithaca College, and I have been storing my stuff with them over the summer for the past 2 years. They provide exceptional service!
It is extremely easy to book with them, their customer service is excellent and they make your booking process very easy for you. Unfortunately, you have to book from the beginning of the month to an end of the month, not halfway through. However, this isn’t a big deal because they have very reasonable prices (there’s even a discount during the low season, eg: not during the summer). When you decide to move your stuff in, they place a heavy (and I mean HEAVY) –duty lock inside of your storage unit and you, and only you, have the keys to the lock. You get to keep it when you’re done.
I’ve never had any problems with breaking in (they have cameras), flooding, or critters (besides spiders). My only complaint is that when you want to move things out during the night, there aren’t any lights. Other than that, the storage place is very easy to reach — less than 10 minutes out of Ithaca, and you can pull your car up right in front of every storage space.
They offer a variety of sizes (some have the option to be climate controlled), an option to pay online, and also a moving van with driver for rental!
These guys are the best for storage, bottom line. Don’t waste your time with the overpriced Big Red Shipping and Storage.
