I’m a landlord in Ithaca. I’ve got no connection to this company whatsoever except as a customer. I’ve been using Brad Hull and his company for my plumbing work for ten years. Here’s why: they always come when they say they will; they always do the job, no matter how unpleasant it is; they communicate if there’s anything unexpected or weird about the job; and my bills are reasonable, without any unnecessary charges.
To one of the other reviewers: any company can screw up an appointment now and again – perhaps you’ll try not to slam a company because of one bad experience that may have been something unavoidable or totally unexpected.
