The worst service ever.
Tried to clean my Ugg boots and when I got them back, could not even put my toes. When I called, they basically told me that it was my fault for bringing a heavily stained boots, and there was NOTHING they could do about it. No apologies or no explanation at all. I only got a refund but the lady claimed for doing so much work on trying to clean my boots and not getting paid. I don’t see why I needed to be yelled at when all I wanted was just a regular cleaning service for boots. By the way, the lady hanged up on me at last. Very professional.
Don’t ever try the suede/​leather cleaning service here. You don’t want to destroy your boots and get yelled at. She doesn’t know how to treat customers.
