Alexandra is a Licensed Massage Therapist in NY state. Her specialties include Myofascial release, Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki, Integrative Massage, and Cranial Sacral work. It is Alexandra’s intention to customize each session to her client’s needs and goals of that day and to create a safe space for healing to take place. Alexandra believes that the body is always working to heal itself and her job is to help facilitate that for her clients.

History

Established in 2010.

Alexandra received her massage license in October of 2010 from the Finger Lakes School of Massage. Prior to massage school, Alexandra graduated from Ithaca College with a Degree in Recreation Management and a MS in Sports Management. She is a life long learner and is always working to gain more knowledge so that she may help more people.

Alexandra believes that the body is always working to heal itself and that her job as a massage therapist is to help facilitate that process. Each massage is tailored to the client in front of her. There are no special formulas, but instead she spends the time getting to know her clients and focuses on what they feel they need in that moment. Through massage Alexandra helps her clients gain self awareness so they too can learn to help their bodies in the path to wellness.
