My wife and I have utilized Wendy’s services twice now, once for our original mortgage and the second time for our refi. I was especially impressed on both occasions at how accurate Wendy was able to forecast the down payment and monthly payments we would need to make. Her accuracy definitely was a key factor in our decision making on which refi option to choose. Wendy also went the extra mile on both occasions to ensure we were able to lock in rates at the right time and close early on both occasions as well. I contacted Wendy on March 10th to see if I could qualify for a home loan. I was apprehensive because even though our credit is good, we lost our house back in 2010. It is May 5th now, and we just finished moving into our dream house! Wendy took the time to find and verify a recent provision that would allow us to buy a house even though the bank has been sitting on our old house for five years.
Wendy is online friendly, she is quick to respond to emails /​text and is diligent about communicating with her customers. She lays out all the options, and made sure we understood the pros and cons of each.

I’m a military veteran who’s been searching for that perfect starter home for my wife and I. Initially, this whole process was becoming too difficult getting the run around, to a point where we just ended up renting again.
