A dream came true!!! To stay in a Tree House «The Nest» very small but cozy. We loved everything about the tree houses and the service we received. Wonderful bed and the heat was on point, we slept very well. Breakfast was homemade and filling. Excellent staff and visit to Falls City. Great weekend to reconnect with each other. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of going to Treehouse Point! It is truly a magical place. I had family up from Texas and I put them up at Treehouse Point and they loved it so much they said I should have a treehouse built on my property! What a great idea, I’m in

My husband and I stayed here last night for our 5^th wedding anniversary. We stayed in «The Burl». It was absolutely gorgeous. The treehouse’s are amazing! There is so much attention to detail and love put into these treehouse works of art.
The staff is extremely friendly. We were greeted the second we stepped out of the car by Riley and given a tour. She was lovely.
There are books and games to use in the lodge. There are also s’more kits to make s’mores by the lodge fireplace or you can make them at the outdoor fire pit. They provide cookies and tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lodge and in the treehouse’s.
This was an absolutely peaceful night at Treehouse Point. The bed was very comfortable and we could hear the water from the river while we slept. We can’t wait to go back and try all the other treehouse’s they have available.

We stayed in the Burl for two nights and I think that is the BEST treehouse if you’re visiting as a couple. It has the only bathroom (sink and toilet) of all the treehouses. Temple of the Moon would also be a good option, but we felt the comfy loft of the Burl made it more treehouse-​like.
The price is pretty steep for a two night stay. Our total price was $ 752. I’ve stayed at luxury 5 star hotels around the world for much less. If you go in expecting pure luxury (because of the price) I think you would be disappointed. Luxury B&B and hotels would have much a better breakfast selection (more gourmet) with table settings and will serve you drinks. None of that here. Think of this as upscale camping/​glamping with a one-​of-​a-​kind experience and your expectations will be better placed.
It comes down to supply and demand. I looked at other treehouses and Treehouse point seems to be the best and nicest out there open to the public. They are so popular, so you pay a premium to get to stay there. It was a completely unique experience, so it was totally worth it for me. We were lucky that a spot opened up on our anniversary date too.
We watched the episode which featured the «Burl» being built after staying there and it was neat to watch.
There is nothing to do in Fall City, and the food choices are pretty dismal in the area.
The shower facilities are nice and updated and they keep the place pretty clean.

Such a relaxing getaway in a uniquely beautiful place. Damon and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay extra special. We had champagne & chocolates waiting for us in our treehouse upon arrival and turndown service at night! We stayed in Nest, which is close to the road but it didn’t bother us. The creek below our tree was our noise machine. So fun to explore the grounds and have s’mores by the river. Breakfast was excellent – Susan & Megan accommodated my non-​dairy needs. Hope to be back again soon!

A truly magical place! Staff is incredible and completely attentive. Breakfast provided by the cook in the morning is delicious and offers a great variety and selection. I would suggest making it a couples retreat and stay in either the Burl (where my wife and I stayed) or the Temple of the Blue Moon to get as far away from the highway as possible so you can hear the river as your «sound machine». Then enjoy the rock stacking by the river — and night making a fire and making smores! Kudos to Pete and Judy Nelson for providing such a loving and caring place for people to relax!

What a wonderful place! My girlfriend and I stayed in Burl for two nights and we loved every minute of it. The treehouses are really well designed; cute and minimalist, out of view of the other treehouses. We got to spend the day relaxing in our treehouse and walking the nearby trails. Breakfast was made from scratch on site and was delicious (and vegetarian friendly).

This place is so cool. The treehouse are so cool. They are up high, comfy, and homy. I really felt like I was comfortable there. I don’t sleep well in hotels but I did here.
Another cool thing about this place is the toilets. They are incinerator toilets! Have you ever used one because I haven’t!
The coolest thing is the fact that it’s up in the mountains. When I went there, I was cold and when I was driving back to the hotel from visiting my relatives, it started to snow! I’ve only been in snow while it’s snowing one time other than this and I was a baby so I don’t remember it, but I will remember this one forever. We got to play in the snow before we went back to our treehouse.
This place is expensive. But it is worth it because you will receive a once in a lifetime experience.
This place is amazing and the next time you go up to Washington, I recommend staying here.

One of the best and most unique tours I’ve ever been on. We were able to tour all 11 treehouses varying in size and style. If you’re ever in or around Seattle, check this place out and spend a night if you can.

A few friends and I went on a Sunday afternoon organized group tour. The number of attendees (~30) was much higher than we imagined. Even after splitting the group in half, since most of the tree houses can only accommodate 4 people, the tour consisted of a lot of waiting around. There’s no self-​paced exploration of the grounds, even after signing a safety waiver. The heavily regulated environment seemed a bit excessive and cramped what could have been a nice hour in the woods.
Tour:
Intro was helpful and set a good tone
Exploration of 8 amazing tree houses on the property
Should be 1 hour, but drags on for 2 ½ with all the waiting around
Entry to tree houses is by suspension bridge, ladder, or stairs – no rope climbs
Tip: Wear hiking boots or shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Tour should be rethought: should be self-​paced with fewer restrictions, considering there’s a safety waiver in place.
Cannot recommend as is.

Unbelievably amazing stay. We stayed in the Temple of the Blue Moon. You can hear the river rushing if you open your windows. It stays warm and the human waste composter works. Pete and his staff are all really nice. The breakfast is totally healthy and delicious.
Perfect.
Book at LEAST 6 months in advance of when you want to go.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Most amazing staff, beautiful landscaping and Pete’s treehouses are priceless. The craftsmanship, originality and uniqueness of each treehouse was almost too much to take in. Kudos Treehouse Point for an experience Ill never forget. I am already planning my trip to stay the night in Bonbibi

We have stayed here twice — once in the summer and once in the winter — and in different treehouses both times. In July we stayed in the Burl (their newest one) and yesterday we stayed in the Trillium. Both of these treehouses are so amazing. The Burl is a little smaller and has a very romantic feel to it; the trillium has tons of windows, is bright and airy and has a river view. Both have lofted beds that are ridiculously comfortable.
The breakfast is a huge spread of homemade foods — on our most recent visit there was plum jam scones, ham and cheese scones, a sweet and a savory bread pudding, sticky buns, granola, yogurt, fruit… They make the best lemon curd there too — that’s my favorite! In the main lodge they also have cookies, wine and tea in the afternoons.
If you go out for dinner I would highly recommend the fall city bistro — we had such a good dinner there in July (sadly it was closed for renovations during our most recent visit).
I would highly recommend coming here! It’s the perfect spot to relax :)

I stayed in the Trillium treehouse for a 1 night visit. My husband and I had planned our Seattle trip around us visiting Treehouse Point. Let me tell you — 1 night is not enough! If you have the opportunity to stay here, I would recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy the atmosphere and accommodations. To me, it was worth every cent I paid to be able to spend time here, and to spend the night in a real tree-​house.
The treehouse was nicely furnished and it had a cozy, home-​y feeling. It was such a cool and unique experience. Most of the time my husband and I spent taking pictures of/​in the awesome treehouse, just hanging out and enjoying the place; we also by stopped by the main lodge several times to peruse the books, play chess, and hang out some more. Damon, was such a great host — he made us feel very much welcome.
We are certainly looking forward to our next trip to Treehouse Point!

Treehouse Point, let us count the ways we love thee…
#1: We could wander for hours on your winding paths leading to magical treehouse treasures around every corner
#2: Your trickling river filled with cairn paloozas yield a relaxing environment to momentarily take away all our life’s troubles
#3: The fresh smell of cedar that overwhelmed our senses when we first opened our treehouse door, that memory still lingers in our minds!
#4: The attention you paid to details from greeting us warmly on arrival, to staying up late visiting through the evening (literally till midnight), and pleasantly entertaining us at breakfast (Damon is a delight and deserves a raise)
#5: The fire and s’more kits you provide to end the evening just right surrounded by starlight and taking us back to childhood memories
#6: There is a calmness you provide at night with the rustling trees and bubbling river. In addition, the light swaying and creaking you send with the wind gusts soothed us to sleep like a baby
#7: The detail you took to build an Indiana Jones bridge to lead up to our treehouse wins you total coolness points
My husband and I have traveled to many locations over the last 11 years. Treehouse Point is by far the most unique and memorable. We didn’t want the magic to end.
We’re officially addicted and want to start a collection of Treehouse Trading cards where we go back and stay in a new treehouse every time. Temple of the Blue Moon was our first, and The Burl and Trillium are next on our list. Thanks to all the staff for a serendipity experience (and thanks to Judy for letting us take a pic with you). We are big fans and will be back again and again!

This is a review of the tour, which my visiting sister insisted we take — and I am glad she did!
This place is unexpected, gorgeous, and not far at all from Seattle (about a 30-​minute drive at 10 a.m.). The treehouses are so amazing — not only simply and beautifully designed structures that work with (rather than destroy) the trees, they are decorated in interesting, soothing, appealing ways. I can’t wait to come back here and enjoy an evening sitting on a treehouse deck, listening to the sound of the nearby river.
A note that none of the treehouses currently have any kind of plumbing, but there are plans to begin adding composting toilets. In the meantime, there is a restroom not too far away (I’ve car-​camped further from bathrooms) and they are busy constructing a new bath house. If it’s anything like the existing structures, I’m sure it will be lovely.
Our tour guide was occasionally spotty on details (not knowing how many acres, for instance) but we will give it a pass as she had worked there less than a month. Overall the tour was limited to a very do-​able amount of people (you never felt like you had to wait too long to see a Treehouse or rush through one once you were in there) and pleasant. We got to greet one of the owners and chat with one of the carpenters at the end of the tour; both were extremely nice and friendly. We were also welcome to stay and hang out by the river for a bit and explore a couple other treehouses on our own.
Tours were $ 15 per person. Kids are allowed on tours, but no children under 13 are allowed to stay in the treehouses for safety reasons. (That is a plus for many people, I am sure.)
Overall, very cool place and I look forward to returning!

Absolutely charming! Will definitely have to figure a way to return. Everyone involved was attentive, friendly, and helpful. They have certain criteria that keeps the area calm and quiet for everyone to enjoy.
Seems that they keep close tabs on Unilocal reviews since a lot of the feedback given by past reviewers, which I noted before my childhood friend and I visited, were addressed. We didn’t experience any of the the issues noted. The shared bathroom did get a sort of porta-​potty type chemical smell one of the nights, but that was cleared up the next day.
The tree houses are well maintained, comfortable, and a joy to stay in. Each one has its own identity and characteristics adding to the uniqueness of the place. The property is relatively small but set up in a way that you can enjoy the small river that runs through it. Close to the road, but the noise was hardly noticeable from our tree house. The homemade breakfast each morning was a treat, great way to start each day. Fire pits, smore kits, hammocks, and yoga classes made this an amazing experience that made the whole time there very valuable.
Heads up: Mostly couples seem to book here, but don’t pass up if you are single. Take a friend who you enjoy laughing with or chilling with. It’s a great place to re-​energize or escape to.
Also, if you are going and don’t plan to leave the property for lunch or dinner make sure you take a cooler with provisions and ice. There is no fridge access or ice on the property. They offer home baked cookies, tea and coffee but you’ll be left running to town if not prepared.

Cozy venue for a wedding (Baker-​Reynolds wedding) and such amazing patient and friendly staff. I would love to stay here again if ever in the state again.

Treehouse Point is as quiet as a mouse, but speaks volumes!
My Husband and I had a wonderful night away in the Trillium Treehouse. It was not only beautiful on the outside, but simple and lovely inside. It smelled like fresh cedar, the furniture was minimal and quality. There was a lovely liter of water, plenty of reading, and a well made bed. The linens were perfect– cool crisp sheets and a lofty duvet made for an excellent night’s sleep (not to mention the frog calls from below).
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helped make our quick stay feel like a getaway. The breakfast was full of delightful treats– the pear/​grape/​orange and mint salad was a hit with me. The property is well maintained, providing winding fern-​lined trails with hidden spots for rest and medication, the riverfront area is excellent for reading, and even with other guests around there was a feel of privacy.
It was the perfect getaway without having to get too far away. Highly recommended and a great experience for the price. Advice: Hit the off season to keep the rates a little lower to experience a 5 star rustic Bed & Breakfast just outside of Seattle.
