Tibbetts Creek Manor

Tibbetts Creek Manor is so amazing for a wedding. I absolutely loved having it as our venue. I spent over a year trying to find somewhere lovely yet affordable, and Tibbetts fit the bill perfectly. First off, it is so affordable! You can customize your rental by adding more hours, but for the initial price, you get access to every part of the manor for 9 hours. Tables and chairs are also included, and the staff on-​site will set everything up based on your floorplan. Cynthia, the Manor’s manager, is SO nice and so helpful. She responded to every email I sent immediately, and she was also so friendly and helpful every time I made an appointment to visit the venue or when I attended the Manor’s open houses. The best part of Tibbetts is the tented deck! It is included in the price and is up year-​round. We were fortunate enough to have the tent walls down for our wedding. We held the ceremony under the tent but still had the gorgeous trees, white picket fence and autumn leaves in the background. It was magical. They are a bit restrictive with regard to décor and affixing the décor, but none of it is prohibitive to executing a gorgeous wedding. Definitely do yourself a favor and check it out! We loved having our wedding there, it was very special.

I recently got married during an outdoor wedding at Tibbetts Creek Manor and was so extremely happy I chose this venue! Cynthia was incredibly nice and responsive, and even helped reassure me when I panicked about the 94 degree weather forecast. I booked Tibbetts almost a year and a half before our wedding, and Cynthia was always friendly, easy to work with, and was so helpful during the entire process.
We booked the venue for 12 hours in June (off-​peak) and it was very affordable and absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are beautifully kept, the kitchen and garage provided our vendors plenty of space, and there was plentiful parking for our guests. The crew on-​site was helpful and attentive the day of, and set up all of the tables and chairs as well as kept the bathrooms tidy and broke everything down at the end of the night. I also really appreciated having the bridal and groom suites upstairs to get ready in, and to also sit and relax with my new husband for a little time alone before the reception. The venue is also right within close proximity to nice hotels and restaurants. We had just about 100 people and it was the perfect amount of space. I would absolutely highly recommend this venue to anyone in the Greater Seattle area!

Planned on having a wedding at Tibbetts Manor until we visited the house. It stunk like mildew, mold and dead rats.
The kitchen was non-​functioning with no dishwasher or range.
Cold and uninviting. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. It was not a place I would want to use for such a special event.

Just had my wedding here 3 days ago and had such a good experience! The staff were friendly and organized through the whole thing. I booked a year in advance and Cynthia who is the main contact was amazing! Any questions I had she answered in a timely manner and was always super friendly. I will say there are A LOT of rules for this place on what you can’t do or bring. I thought it was totally worth it though. The day of the staff had all the tables and chairs set up and were right there if we needed anything. The manor is beautiful by itself, I hardly used any decorations because of that fact and kept my center pieces really simple since I didn’t want to over shadow the beauty of the building. The grounds are so beautiful! Probably my favorite part. Everything was in bloom and colorful! My guests were taking pics outside under the gorgeous trees! The bridal room was fabulous. Loved the wall of mirrors. The price isn’t too bad either. It’s actually on the cheaper side of wedding venues but still really classy. The entire experience was great. I would recommend them to any couple looking for a good place to get married.

GORGEOUS wedding venue! And so friggin’ affordable! If you’re planning a smaller wedding (we had 75 guests), this place is perfect … and so, so beautiful in the late spring/​early summer. I couldn’t believe how perfect this location turned out to be. There’s a large outdoor grassy area, and a tented area on the patio. The indoor space is lovely too, and ideal for dining/​dancing. Most of our guests stayed outside and enjoyed the weather/​venue.
Really kind staff, and atmosphere was so relaxing. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for.

You know those gorgeous magazine pics of brides coming down a romantic staircase? This is one of those places! Inside and out — it is so stunningly beautiful here!
The property is easy to get to, just about a mile down SR900 from I-​90 off of the first eastbound Issaquah exit. Once through the gates you are greeted by the beautiful sprawling house wrapped in lush gardens and willow trees.
Pull up through the circle drive for valet or park alongside the red barn in back. The Tibbets Creek Manor is only open by appointment and for special occasions — so call ahead if you wish to visit and tour the grounds outside of a scheduled event of party.
The inside is very pretty– comfortable and updated but not overly modern. They’ve really found a nice balance with keeping the charm of the past with the aesthetics and comfort requirements of the present. The main floor great room opens out in giant floor to ceiling windows overlooking the backyard and grounds of the property.
This place is a favorite for local civic group meetings, private parties and weddings year round. There is just not a dull corner to be found — just about everywhere you look at Tibbets Creek Manor is well cared for by the City of Issaquah and absolutely gorgeous!
