Rowley Storage

I have been renting 25′ x 30′ enclosed storage space for my business for months now and like the way I’m treated any time I visit the main office. They are always smiling and helpful. The buildings are spaced out enough for semi truck to navigate trough with deliveries and never had any company delivering to our unit complaining about getting in and out. The ground between buildings is covered by gravel and they periodically fill potholes as they develop. This is the only high ceiling oversize storage unit facility I know of in the area. Conveniently located by I90 we aren’t going anywhere until we grow out of the space.

I have been a tenant of Rowley’s since 2002, and consider myself blessed to have them as my landlords. I find them to be caring, concerned, faith-​based, and flexible. They have good business minds and have protected my business in economic downturns, and helped it grow with expansion solutions and careful leasing considerations concerning my competitors. They visit my business, keep on top of how we are doing, and many of them are clients. An extremely civic-​minded company, they support the arts, special events, and sponsor many community activities in the city. I can’t imagine leasing from a better property management company. Five stars all the way!

I would give them a zero also. I rented a 30 ft spot and when I tried to put my boat in to the spot I discovered it was only 27 ft and I could not shut the door. I called them immediately and they told me that I could try other spots in hope to find one larger. I told them I was busy with my job and did not have time to do that and that I would remove my boat from their property. Not only would they NOT return my money but they told me that I owed them for an additional 64 dollars since I committed to a full month. They also said that their spots are estimated sizes. Now in my book 27 ft is approximately 25 ft and not 30. They had no concern for customer satisfaction nor did the give a rats ass that the spot did not work for my situation. All they cared about is that they got their money. I have spoken to the manager numerous times and she even told me that she understood my anger and that she would be upset in the same situation but refused to refund my money. WTF? Instead she is going to turn my account over to collection because I refuse to pay the remaining 64 dollar balance even though I did not use the spot. It is no wonder they are one of the only companies that have open storage in the local area. DO NOT use them. They are dishonest, could care less about customer satisfaction and only want your money.
