Revive Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners

I’ve had Revive clean our carpets for over three years now and recommend them to friends and family. The reason they stand out is that they go the extra mile, they are detailed and their techs are polite and thorough. I highly recommend them!

This place is pricey ($ 400 plus for our 1154 square foot place) but they do a fantastic job. I would say that primarily it is worth it for their cleaner formula, which is very safe for children! Regardless, it is very effective. We took before and after photos of our rooms and we were astonished at the improvement! We also got a bottle of the cleaner for spot treatments.

The management, customer service, and scheduling was awful & frustrating. Go elsewhere, unless you like a lot of frustration, calling around and following up! The cleaning job was good and the attendant was professional when I asked that he call his manager, Ron for me so I can speak with someone from Revive about the issue.
They were recommended to me by my neighbor, who is in the same professional group as Ron, the manager. They didn’t call ahead to confirm my appointment. When I called Revive, they said it wasn’t on their schedule and someone would call me back to fix the issue. In the meanwhile, I do not have an appointment, to which I responded, I’ll just looked elsewhere. Suddenly, a Revive attendant shows up my door for carpet cleaning. He would have been turned away but because the recommendation came from my neighbor (who has not yet had the chance to use the service), I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but wanted to speak with a manager.
The attendant called Ron and handed the phone to me. Ron had no resolution but was not surprised. There was no attempt to fix the issue. When the attendant was finished with the service, I was given the invoice, it was more expensive than quotes from other highly rated Unilocal reviewed companies. I will be trying one of those highly rated companies for my next cleaning.
PRO: Professional attendant who cleaned and was able to help me get a hold of Ron
CON: Ron’s lack of management and acknowledgement/​resolution of the issue. Revive’s inability to schedule an appointment, but then suddenly have someone show up. I feel bad for the workers. It must be frustrating to work with a poorly managed company. They seem like a churn and burn shop.

I was amazed at how hard Brent Douglass from Revive Carpet Cleaners worked on my carpets! He spent a whole day at my house, and before he left he gave me details on all the stains he’d found. I hadn’t had my carpets cleaned in years, so it was a tough job, but the results are awesome. I won’t wait so long the next time, because now I know whom to call. I highly recommend Revive to everyone reading this.

I had them back! I will never use anyone else again. I never thought I would get so excited about having my carpets cleaned. Every other carpet cleaner I have used in the past comes nowhere near to the quality of service Revive provides. Don’t waist your time with anyone else.

We had this company come clean our carpets — Woohoo is correct. They did an excellent job– Our carpets are clean — they also cleaned one of our couches and it looked good too. The owner is amazing with great customer services skills., he has been in business for years and he (the owner) arrived on time was conscientious, meticulous and informative about what needed to be done. And when his employee returned a large coiled rope rug to us that he had taken to their factory to clean and sew up I was impressed. He moved the furniture that I could not get out of the area and put spacers under the areas that might bleed into the carpet which I have had happen with other carpet cleaning companies
I can’t say enough good about them and will be using them in our houses from now on!

GREAT company! After a move a plant leaked all over my new home’s carpet. After I tried to get the stain out for over a day I called Revive. They were able to come out right away and were able to get the stain out. After 24 hours it slightly returned and they came back out at no charge. The owner and staff were all very knowledgable and polite.

I’ve always been happy with our carpet cleaners in the past. When we tried Revive I realized that I would never be happy with anyone else but them. They were so nice, so efficient, and the outcome was amazing. Our carpets look brand new again (they are at least 8 years old) and I just can’t get over how meticulous our cleaner was. The owner has very high expectations of his staff and they obviously treat each other like family. It was a pleasure supporting this local business AND getting the absolute best cleaning my carpets have ever had!

Wow! These guys are great. We had them clean our carpets throughout our house and both of our couches. Ron and Joe were at our house all day, paying close attention to detail. In the past when I hired carpet cleaners I watched them pull the equipment over the the carpets quickly and within a couple weeks the carpets looked dirty again and were matted. Revive took a long time going over every inch of the carpet and it looks like new. They also treated our couches with fabric protectant. We have 2 large Golden Retrievers that shed a lot and the carpets were nasty. We eat a lot in the family room and there were some stained and food-​stuffs on our sectional. Everything looks great, our couches look as close to new as possible for 4 year old furniture, and now my wife isn’t bugging me for new furniture any more. Thank you, Revive.

We’ve had our carpets cleaned before by other companies and were happy enough, but Revive’s work really surprised us. The carpet has never looked so good, and they got every nook and cranny. They also vacuumed out the heater vents so that when the heat came back on it wouldn’t blow dust back out onto the carpet. The attention to detail was GREAT, and in addition to being impressive, they are also super friendly. My husband, notoriously picky, was just as happy — if not happier — than I was. :-)

This company takes their time with the carpet. They give an honest consult on what they can and cannot do. No surprises, and even did my closet and throw rug for free. Will definitely use them again. I would have given 5 stars but they didn’t clean under the bed. Honest company.

Revive is the best carpet cleaning service that I’ve used. Unlike some carpet cleaners who measure a room to get the square footage charge — and then don’t move furniture to clean it all, Revive carpet cleaners move furniture, put it back on spacers so the furniture won’t bleed onto the carpet, and take extra care with the heavily soiled areas.
You can request the same technician each time and they definitely have a family feel to them. Our technician actually remembers us from year to year.
Our carpets are extremely clean afterwards and I’m confident that they’ve done the best job that can be done.
