This place is now called Abra. Brought my Tahoe in for a hit and run bumper repair. Replaced bumper and painted it after a few days. There was a run in the paint so had to have the bumper repainted. Wasted trip #1. Came back the next day and noticed on the bumper there a small, black sharpie like mark in the bumper. Again, had to leave it over night and they repainted it. Waisted trip #2. Came back the next day and there was a new 3 inch scratch on the back door, along with scratches on the panel by the back window, not previously there. Waisted trip #3. They offered to fix the paint. Came back again to pick it up the next day. As the worker was backing out the Tahoe, he noticed the «check sensor» light was on. They said they checked the sensors before they took off the bumper and they were not working. They could not fix it. Waisted trip #4. Now I have to take it to the Chevrolet dealer to get it fixed. Waisted trip #5. Hopefully, the Chevy dealer will fix. Nightmare.

This place was amazing after being told that all the shops in issaquah where booked this place took me in that same day. They updated me daily on the progress and I had a turn around of four days and amazing service.

Katharine that works at the front desk is awesome! Very informative of the process. I couldn’t get in to repair my vehicle to another repair shop (they didn’t have an opening until a week later) so I called Precision to see if they could get me in. Katharine was able to get me in and told me it could take a couple weeks, max, but could be 4 days. They were very nice and the work was perfect! I took away the one star due to forgetting to look into a mechanical issue and the manager wasn’t back until after the weekend. Other than that, the outside of my vehicle looks great!
