Nw Asthma & Allergy

New patients (my kids) and we were scheduled right after lunch. I arrived a few min early than what they told me… not realizing the time they told me included the paper time to fill things out. The gal was short at first telling me they were eating. No big deal, we sat down. But then she decided to go ahead and do the paperwork. Weird. She turned nice before I left. Not sure what that was about.
The nurse was awesome. Both kids were being seen but she managed the info between the two great and I liked her demeanor with the kids.
Dr Park was just as amazing. Took time to understand the past and previous treatments and explained what she thought and what direction to head. Super pleased with the visit and look forward to working with her managing my kids’ issues.
Note: kids 13 and over get their own login account. I was able to set up younger kid, but older is given info to do it alone. Not all families allow kids computer access like that… so it was weird being told I couldn’t help him set things up. Um, yeah, if he wants it set up I will be part of it thanks.
overall we had a nice experience. There is plenty of parking here and it’s easy to find.
