Family Law includes a large variety of legal issues, including adoptions, divorces, visitation, 3^rd party custody, and modification of child support, parenting plan, or maintenance orders entered in a prior divorce.

Our Bankruptcy Law practice focuses on helping debtors get a fresh start using Chapters 7 or 13 of the bankruptcy code.

Charles M.

Business Owner

Charles feels passionately about practicing family law and bankruptcy. For many people, their family law or bankruptcy case will be the most significant interaction they have with the legal system. Keeping that in mind, Charles treats each case as his most important case, doing everything possible to make sure the legal system treats each client fairly.

Academically, Charles has always excelled. He graduated in the top ¼ of his law school class at the UW. He also has strong ties to Eastern Washington, where he graduated with distinction from Gonzaga University.

In his free time, Charles can be found reading, hiking, and snowboarding with his close-​knit group of friends. He has proudly lived his entire life as a disappointed Seattle sports fan, a decision that brought some ridicule while living in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. Ever the realist, Charles can be heard at the beginning of every season talking down his friends’ over-​inflated expectations that this is the year.
