You know what? Fuck it, I like this place. I pretty much only order one thing, when I am depressed, or starving, or lazy. A sourdough bacon cheeseburger and an order of onion rings with a side of ranch. DON’T JUDGEME. It’s delicious. I know nothing about the rest of the menu. I know that the fries are crinkle fries, so gross. But it doesn’t matter because there are tasty onion rings. The sourdouch bacon cheeseburger is perfect. Grilled Sourdough. Tasty red meat, not overcooked. Bacon. TWO kinds of cheese. Grilled onions. God damn it, and this place is only like a 4 minute walk from my condo. They also have tasty milkshakes. Never been a long wait, a little bit overpriced, but for the convenience factor, and the tastiness. I’ll deal.

I didn’t know what to expect from this place, a hamburger place tucked in a strip mall called Herfys??? I am glad a tried this place. Yes, it’s greasy. What kind of hamburger is not greasy. This place is awesome. I just ordered a hamburger to go and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. I had my kids with me and didnt have a chance to look at the menu for long otherwise I probably would have tried the seasoned curly fries. Their regular fries are the crinkle cut and they were fried to perfection. I’ll be back.

I’ve been here a couple of times already and always ordered their bacon sourdough burger with curly fries. The meat looked kind of burnt but it tasted fine. The bread is always greasy but they probably fry it on a griddle so it’s expected. We come here once every three or four months because it’s not too healthy to eat fried or oily things often. We used to go to the one in Redmond but glad they have a Herfy’s around here, too. I would give this one a 3.5 rating.

Typical burger place. Good food. Ok prices. If you want a burger this is a good place to go. Hint: Try the waffle fries! Yumm

Contrary to others, we have always enjoyed the food, prices and service here. Friendly and helpful woman at the counter, really nice crisp fies and lots of them. We go once a month or so. Also like to see the zombie-like people on treadmills at the healthclub across from it.

HERFY’S Klahannie is the worst fast food in the entire KIng County area. I waited 2 years after my last review and went in and what a mistake. I got the Monday special sourdough burger with bacon and grilled onions and I took a couple of bites and gagged. First the bacon was burnt and gave me an awful taste in my mouth. I took the bacon off and it was black and thick with burnt on grill gunk which spoiled the rest of the burger. Why would they serve you a piece of burnt bacon l ike that. The grilled onions were partially grilled so I took that off the burger was undercooked so I was left with 2 pieces of sourdough bread .The Fries were just as bad as I remember not crispy, with a dirty grease taste like the oil has not been changed ever The fries on closer inspection looked like dirty potatoes not even brown but kind of a dirty grey look to them. The pop was even waxy tasting with a very small cup making this deal at 5.99 a total rip off. 3 days later and I am still sick. Other Herfy’s are better then this one and why is it still in buisness.

It’s something of a chain. The quality is average at best and you pay for it. Service overall is what you would expect from a place that likely services the same customers over and over and ones who really don’t come for the food but more for the convenience. Yeah, they have homemade fry sauce, but if it’s just a mixture of ketchup and mayo(which it pretty much is), then, it tastes like tomatoey mayo(which it pretty much does), which isn’t quite up there on my condiment scale. Maybe it’s me.

I’ll admit it. I eat here once a week. But that’s it. I have constraint. It’s not the best burger I’ve ever had, but it is consistently good food. The fries are great. And the fry sauce is even better(what’s not to live about mayo and ketchup mixed together?) Great shakes to add the extra calories. Owner is very sweet. She knows my name and my order and I love the personal treatment. Better than fast food for the same price.

The worst burger I’ve ever had, stay away. The burger was a gray rubbery type item, didn’t even seem like ground beef.

We have been to this Herfy’s multiple times and have been satisfied with the service and food quality — have had burgers, fish, clam stips, kids have had cheese sandwiches, Beware of the size of fries served — one is enough for two to four people. We did not experience slow service either, but this does depend on how busy the place is.

I don’t have a lot of good stuff to say about Herfy’s. They make their milkshakes with soft serve and syrup. And someone actually recommended this place when I was going for milkshakes with my sons on a boy’s day out. Yuck. We got there during the dinner rush but was able to find a table(oh, there is a good thing), but the service was pretty slow. For some reason, they brought our food to our table, but most people had their order(not name) called out at the counter. I was going to just order a burger, but when my wife ordered the mushroom-swiss burger, I saw that they had a large selection of «specialty» burgers and fried seafoods too. I followed her lead and ordered the mushroom-swiss. She took the first bite and said«Mmmm. This is pretty good.» A few bites later, she rescinded that. I think that the swiss cheese might have been the swiss processed cheese(like American cheese) because it had a strange plasticky texture. I think they switched out my bottom bun with the sponge that they wipe up all the grease with. When we got home, I coined a new word. It describes how my wifes stomach felt, «She felt all Herfy inside.»
