Bicycle Center of Issaquah

Wow… Great service!
This quaint little shop in downtown Issaquah is big on service. I just went in to get a bike pump and I was surprised to get an expert consultation on a road bike purchase. When you are spending thousands on a bike, you want to make sure that your shop will properly support it. My understanding is that this shop has been around for 30 years… They are doing something right.

I just purchased a beautiful Trek bike and had a wonderful experience with everyone at the store. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I prefer the smaller bike stores over the larger bike shops in the greater Seattle area. I can definitely recommend the Bicycle Center. Happy Trails to you.

This place is amazing, everyone that works there is super friendly a helpful. I have bought 3 bikes there over the last year and I won’t be buying any future bikes than any place but the bicycle center of issaquah. They are more than happy to take a quick look at your bike to see what the issue maybe. Local bike shops are much better than the giant bike shops.

These guys are awesome! After going to all the regular sporting goods stores with no service, I’m glad we stopped in here! I only wish i could remember the guys name who helped us. You could tell he knew his stuff by his greasy working hands:) is rather have an expert than some kid who has no idea what he’s talking about. He checked out the bike, let her ride it, and sent us on our way. Thanks my daughter loves her new Townie by Electra in powder blue!

Great place to buy a bike. They have a trade in program for kids bikes that you’ve bought there which nobody else in this area has. I bought my bike there, my son’s bike there and a Trek trailer (tag along style) for my youngest son who was almost 3 at the time. What really impressed me was the time they spent with us properly fitting me for my bike and listening to my needs and concerns. They were so nice and helpful and were the only ones to really address the needs of our youngest son who is huge for his age at 3. The Trek trailer has been the real ticket for us and he loves riding his «bike» with the rest of the family. I will definitely be back next time we need to buy a bike.

Kent, one of the salespeople at the Bicycle Center, was absolutely fantastic! I made multiple trips and tested out more bikes then you can count. He patiently adjusted the bikes and made recommendations based on my back injury. His top concern was getting me into the right bike for me regardless of where I bought it. He was extremely knowledgeable a was willing to take the time to explain to me about the different gears, etc. He was the first to suggest the cyclocross style bike with the interrupters (so that I could be in the upright position most often because of my back) because it had all of basics of what I was looking for and then patiently taught me how to use the gears, watched my pedaling to make sure the bike was truly the right size for me and that my form was not going exacerbate my back issues. In all I went to 8 bike shops and tested out a ton of different bikes. The Bicycle Center of Issaquah stands out as one of the best because of the time and attention to detail that Kent displayed. More than any other sales rep that I worked with, it appeared as though his Kent’s main interest was getting me in the right bike for me regardless of where I bought from.

Great shop. Bought our son’s BMX style bike here. Great price, friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the bike (still under warranty), they fixed it, dealt with the manufacture, and had it back to us shortly. The shop dog is adorable too!

Great local shop. Got my son’s, my wife’s, and my bike here. They took the time to properly fit us. Even came out to load it on my bike rack!

These guys are so helpful and nice, and they remeber my name everytime I go in! It’s like if Cheers was a bicycle store, this would be it!
Great selection of Trek bikes and accessories, friendly staff, beautiful store, a great layaway program. I definitely reccomend this place to anyone!
