We work with athletes from Nassau to Suffolk County ages 7 & up. We have consulted for multiple school districts such as Bay Shore, Babylon, Brentwood, Islip, and many more. Our specified techniques can be applied to any sport you can think of. Our Professional Performance Coaches provide on-​sight and off-​sight Team Training that will take your program to the next level. We work hand and hand with Physical Educators, Coaches, Athletic Directors, and other Sports related community members. History

Established in 1992.

Bill Parisi went from working out of a $ 500 van driving from school to school, to now being the CEO of the Largest and most successful Performance Enhancement Institute in America. With nearly 100 franchises nation wide, Parisi Speed School has consulted for Nike, Reebok, New York Giants, New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, Arizona State University, Montana State University, Oregon State University, and that’s just to name a few. Meet the Manager

Gavin D.

Manager

Gavin acquired his bachelor’s degree in Health/​Phys. Ed from LIU Post in 2012. Gavin was Fitness staff manager and strength & conditioning coach for LIU Post Athletics. He has worked & trained along side with some of the best college athletes in the country. He cunrrently runs the LAX Training and Wrestling Conditioing Programs for Parisi in Islip.

He is now dedicating his expertise towards improving the Program and bringing it to new heights.
