We discovered the library this year and we frequent it every weekend. This one had a huge Kid section and a pretty decent Teen section. Tons of tables, and even places for teens to lounge as well as kids in the kids section. Helpful and friendly staff. You can also rent dvds and blu-rays! Library card is free. You just have to prove you live in the town. Books are usually not due for 3 weeks. Movies 2 days. 2 books I asked about they didn’t have at all, not even in other libraries on the Island. At least they’re able to search all the libraries. They have computers you can use too.

I just became a member of this library 2 months ago and felt at home since. I have joined their WWII Movie Series and we are entering our third in the series with«Saving Private Ryan». So far the previous two films were very good. I have also signed up for a baking class. We will be making a Pumpkin-Cranberry bread and have a Garden salad as well. I will join in everything the library has to offer.

This is one of the noisiest libraries I have ever been in. I was brought up in a time when a library was a place to read or study, but not this place! I go there often with my sister who lives a few blocks from the library and I can tell you that there is so much talking and yelling, yes yelling but that is coming from the employees at the check out desk in addition to the kids running around the library like animals. I was also very surprised to see so many people drinking soda, coffee and some guy was chomping down on a burrito. I am delighted that my library is not like this one.
