Paul Evans Catering

I asked Paul Evans to cater my friend’s baby shower this past weekend. I chose the «English Tea Party» package, and it was a huge hit. Many of the guests commented on the variety and quality of the food. Portions were generous, and the price was reasonable. Communication before the event was prompt and smooth. The food was delivered right on time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for helping make the shower a success!

We use Paul Evans for all our corporate events. They are extremely professional and always on time. The food is incredible. Kevin is awesome. Evan is a genius when it comes to building a menu. Our holiday party this year was awesome due to Paul Evans great menu!

Paul Evans was recommended to me by a few people who lives in the area. We were throwing a Housewarming party/​birthday celebration for about 70 adults and 25 kids. We decided to do pass hors d’oeuvres and a kids station with chicken fingers, mac and cheese and mini hot dogs. My guests cannot stop raving about the food and the staffs. They came about a hour before to set up and change into their uniforms and set up the bar area. I didnt have to worry about anything and I will def use them again for my next party! The price was reasonable for the selection of food and amount of people. They left me with a ton of desserts that was leftover. Some food was left but not much– the guests couldnt stop eating! Amazing and professionals at what they do!

We selected Paul Evans to cater our rehearsal dinner at my house on Long Island on September 5^th 2015 after seeing the great variety of food that they provided and after going in for a tasting. The quality of the food and service as phenomenal and we really enjoyed working with Paul leading up to the event. Paul was very understanding of our budget and logistical questions and assisted us in every way possible.
On the day of we were blown away with the quality of service (we already knew the food was going to be awesome an dirt definitely did not disappoint). The staff arrived well in advance of the start of the event and was ready to go once we finished the rehearsal in my backyard. Everyone loved the passed hourdervs outside were amazing and the sit down meal was everything we could have hoped it to be. The setup of the tables and rentals were exactly what we envisioned and the meal ran like a five star restaurant. After the meal, the staff returned the house looking exactly as it was before the event.
In summary when hiring Paul Evans ‘a.k.a. Tibbles’ you are not hiring a caterer, but instead you are turning your event space into a five star restaurant with extreme attention to detail, friendly staff, and al all around amazing time!

Small office party catered by Paul Evans. Food was very good. Staff was attentive. Very easy to plan. They supplied the food, bartender and servers. We planned an outdoor party but the weather did not cooperate and we had to move indoors to a much smaller place and they made it work.

Having just moved into a nice new house, we wanted to have a really glam housewarming party that we planned to fall on Memorial Day weekend. The attire was dress to the 9’s cocktail attire, we had a St. Tropez style house music Dj, full bar and bartender and hired Paul Evans for the catering. We requested that everything be butler pass style, and have a high end presentation. Let me just say that they were AMAZING! They sent a chef and two servers that wore cute little tuxedos. The staff was soooo nice and so accommodating to everything. They set up in a room not included in the party and did all the plating and kept a nice clean kitchen while cooking. The presentation was so nice and they were VERY good at timing and at making enough rounds with the food. We had a variety of appetizers, then we had mini passed meals. of duck, lamb and crab sliders, followed by a variety of desserts. They also set up a dip station that was really cute. All of our guests are still raving about the food and have told us the food was what really made the party! Also I have to mention the for one of the appetizers they did a noddle dish served in the cutest mini Chinese take out boxes and for dessert they served a chocolate orange martini in martini glasses, that looked so elegant! We are just really please and highly recommend them. They are also really reasonable in pricing in comparison to say Elegant Affairs who we also looked at. We plan on using them again for sure!

The food was sensational!!! I first found out about Paul Evans Catering from a friend who used them for a bridal shower. Coincidentally I attended a wedding and did not even know it was the same catering company! When I called to inquire to see about catering business functions they could not have been more helpful! My sales meeting was a huge success… everyone could not stop raving about the food and the service… So happy… thanks Paul Evans!!!

Catered 4 parties over the past 18 months with them. 50 to 75 people at each event. Great food, great presentation, great service. Was pleased to later hear that 3 of my guests then used them for their business party events! Love the buffet main dish finger food!

We used them last week for a rehearsal dinner for 100, on the beach. They were BAD.
#1. Menu was steak, chicken, and salmon; they forgot to bring salmon, Mgr said «nothing could be done about it», I drove to Citarella (BH) and purchased 4 lbs of organic salmon to satisfy those guests who required fish.
#2. I received a call, email, and pics from Town Parks Dept re: improper waste disposal, and other violations of MY beach permit by their actions.
#3. I call Evan (principal) to discuss these issues and he screams at me telling me that he knows there was no trash and this was our fault for not taking leftovers (what an asshole), I indicate a willingness to assist the Town in revoking their license and explain my true feelings prior to terminating call. I receive call from Evan (principal) seemingly accepting responsibility for all mistakes and seeking to satisfy all, I explain that the damage is done and I don’t know how to fix the matter. STAY AWAY!!!
