Custom Clips Dog Grooming

We have been using this groomer for years and are always satisfied with their work. I have a hair dog with a double coat and he always looks great when they are done. I also like that they hand dry the animals. My dog is not good with strangers, and yet he does well here. The only thing detracting from the rating is the wait. If you don’t make an appointment for early morning, your pet will be there a while.

It was terrible. My dog spent 5 hrs there probably in a cage. I received no phone calls regarding a problem. I called them to say if he isn’t done yet I will be picking him up and they said they were almost done. Still no admittion of any problem. When I got there my dog was afraid and when I got him home I noticed he was very lethargic and his left eye was closed. When I picked him up they did tell me I should premedicate him the next time. He is a bad dog and most owners lie about there dogs so why ask any questions. I brought my dog to the vet and she said he had a scratched cornea. I have never had a dog that required grooming so this was a learning experience for me. I won’t let it happen again. My dog is only 12lbs. So ultimately they new they could overpower him. So it was all about the $ 60.00.
