Paid for Gutter Cleaning Services August 2014. Called in October, as they cashed my check but never showed up. Andrew assured me they would be there any day. Well, here it is January 2015 and they still did not perform the services I paid for. Last I spoke to him in December, I told him to refund my money if he could not do the services. He told me they would be here the week of 1÷5÷15 and they did not show up. It is 1÷17÷15 and I have not received a refund. In my opinion, when you take someone’s money and don’t perform the services, that’s truly criminal. Steer clear!

In two words: They Suck. I’ve been using them for almost 5 years but this last time they really left a mess… used my hose, didn’t put it back where I left it and splashed mud on my house. Greg is a nice guy on the phone, but his workers stink. Also several times they came, cleaned my gutters… left me a bill and then came back again 2 or 3 weeks later and left another bill… did they think I would pay twice?

After the company cleaned the gutters they left a mess of dirt/​oil stains all around the driveway and cement walkways around the house. They refused to clean it and hung up on me when I complained they didn’t clean up the mess they made. I don’t know of any service business that doesn’t clean up the mess they made at your house. I would not recommend them and am writing a complaint to the BBB and the NY Business Bureau.
