We brought our beautiful Maltese here and this lady butchered her cut! We gave her specific insrructions from the groomer where we moved from out of state and she obviously didn’t understand because it looks nothing like what we gave her. We also asked for an inch and a half cut and it ended up being barely a quarter inch in a lot of area where it shouldn’t be. This is terrible considering its winter time. Its totally uneven all over and doesn’t even make sense what she did to our dog. It does NOT look like the groomer scissor cut our dog at all. she looks like a mutt now and not classy at all. Not a professional looking cut for a dog that is supposed to be classy looking! Terrible. The only good thing is her coat will grow out but I would steer clear of this groomer if you want your dog to look like the breed that it is. Not a professional! I would give no stars if I could. We are very upset!
