We were staying at the home of friends and needed to remove some under-​sink plumbing to retrieve an earring that had been washed down the drain. Our friends (who were traveling in the Pacific Northwest) recommended Windy Day.
The folks at the office were helpful in scheduling our small job and letting us know when somebody could be there.
Bill came out and quickly and pleasantly got the job done. He obviously cared about whether or not we could retrieve the earring, and he was very pleased to succeed. (He had been unable earlier in the day to retrieve an expensive diamond that was flushed into the plumbing by another customer.)
