Patel Law Offices practice concentration is in tax, trusts and estates. Mr. Patel pro-​vides legal counseling to many individuals and businesses. He has worked extensively on complex tax, estate planning, estate administration, and elder law planning.

Mr. Patel is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and Estate Planning Law Specialist and was recently named a New Jersey Super Lawyer by New Jersey Magazine for estate tax planning. Mr. Patel has also received an AV rating from the Martindale-​Hubbell Peer Review Rating System, the highest professional rating possible among lawyers. Mr. Patel is the 2015 – 16 Chairman of the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust and Tax Law Committees of the American Bar Association’s General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division. Mr. Patel also serves as a part time Municipal Court Judge for Edison Township, NJ.
