I retained Mr. Gupta to lead my immigration case and he assured me during the first meeting that he is an expert in this field and had similar cases to mine. Needless to say, he had no experience in leading a case line mine and only wasted my valuable time. I needed a replacement I-​94 which he had trouble obtaining but it’s the simplest process which I was able to do by myself after I terminated my contract with him. Additionally, he has no experience with J-​1 visas and the process around it.
Very unprofessional, lack of response. I would never recommend him to anyone as I don’t find him to be a professional. Not only did I lose money by retaining him but more importantly my case was delayed months because he didn’t do one thing to move it forward.
